Randall's Curbside Griddle — Restaurant in Charleston

Faster than fast food… and 100x better. Talked to Randall himself and is the nicest guy, plus, he makes a mean smash burger. I’ve lived in Charleston for 20 years and I’m so happy that Randall chose James Island for his food truck. I’m telling you that I’ve done my research and this is the best bang for your buck for a smash burger in town. I’ve also ester the Cuban (couldn’t finish it), the Buffalo chicken sandwich (better than ChicFilA), and the smash burger which I’ve ordered over 10 times (it’s good). This is amazing place! I pulled up here at 1:22 in the morning and I knew by the way that all the door Dashers were coming in, that this place was a hotspot. I ordered a burger and I ordered the sticks. They came out in less than 10 minutes and they were flipping fantastic. This place has all of it. It has mood lighting. It has a safe place to eat at night and you got to check out the daytime shift when Randall is actually there. At night it’s on coral is there.
