Arby's — Restaurant in Charlotte

This location is in route to me going home. I have used other Arby's locations throughout the city of Charlotte and the customer service experience was phenomenal and the customer and the individuals that work there are fully engaged. This location on the other hand the attitude of the majority of individuals there on the two times I've used this location they act as if I the customer is interrupting or disturbing their day I am upsetting them by purchasing your product. This cannot be the tone of the corporation seeing as though I've used Arby's in Charlotte and around the United States. I don't know who the general manager is I don't know who the manager is but I strongly recommend that they take the time to retrain their staff to have a more pleasant if not accepting attitude of the customers. Best restaurant in the neighborhood!! The food is always fresh, hot, tasty and delicious. The dining room and common areas are clean. The staff has always been very nice and efficient. This restaurant was recently totally remodeled, so it has a very crisp, modern and pleasant atmosphere. When traveling to Charlotte, I stay at a hotel near this restaurant. Trust me, this Arbys is superior in every way compared to nearby alternatives. I now refuse to eat anywhere in this neighborhood, except for Arbys. In fact, my friends who work at the hotel often join me, and they love this Arbys too! When it comes to the menu, I've never had anything I didn't like. My favorite two items are the classic Beef & Cheddar or, if I want to be healthy, the Farm House Salad, both are delicious!
