Yo real talk I first order a sandwich off foodie for this restaurant (mind you my first time ordering from Penn Station) nothing I asked for was correct. I called the store and spoke with Jason General Manager. He assured me he would get it right. Even told me next time Foodsby delivers to your company call me and we will make it right! FF til today a which a week later I called him gave him my specific order while placing order he seemed rushed to kinda get me off the phone... I asked over and over please don't cook my sandwich and basically add mayo.. Guess what I got a hot sandwich and no mayo... I politely called and asked to speak with Jason. I said Jason Thank You for trying to make it right! Unfortunately, it's not what I ordered. But I am grateful. He wanted me to call back next week for him to make it better. I politely declined. So apparently Jason is not an effective leader nor him or his staff follows basic directions. The irony is he had the hand written order in my bag so you wrote down what I order yet you decided to do your own thing! This is an epic fail... I caution any of you not to visit or order from...
Read moreIt's a Monday night and wanted to try this place out since they close at 10pm. I pulled up at 9:30pm and the open sign was off. I headed to the door anyway, and an emplyee put his hand up to his throat as a sign that store was closed. I could see what looked like the manager on duty watching to see if I was going away. I headed back to my vehicle which sat my wife and four children, and we took our business else where. As a former GM of another restaurant in Rivergate, managers in my restaurant were FIRED for such acts. The first rule of thumb for business is to keep customers coming back. This is not a good start. Lastly, I would like to add, I also read through a couple of other customer reviews, and to my amazement their experience was just the same. I suggest that cooperate step in, or you will not have a store for long, because at this rate, it seems you have already acquired a bad reputation for shutting down before scheduled closing hours and bad customer service. Read moreApril 30, 2024 First time visit WAS NOT a great experience. The only thing that went right was the food order. Everything that followed was a complete clown show. The staff: Too busy running their mouths, talking back and forth. Looked and sounded like a bunch of children playing games in the kitchen, instead of actually working. I believe the manager was present, in the kitchen at the time, and she displayed no control over her staff. Their unproductivity caused a needless back up of orders and customer wait time. I waited at least 15-20 mins for my order with only 1 person ahead of me ... why? Food: A tiny turkey sub (kid sized), iced tea and some stale, greasy, orange, overcooked fries. The fries had a strange taste, almost like sweet potato. None of the food looked like the company posters or promo ads, nor any of the food displayed in these reviews. Definitely not the best $13 I've ever spent and I should of asked for a refund. NEVER COMING BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS...
