Carolina Beer Co. — Restaurant in Charlotte

I am at the Charlotte Airport right now for a layover flight. One of that fast n go food locations didn’t have a fork after I purchased a salad from them. The restaurants nearby had just closed. I step within the limits of Carolina Beer Co. since it was next door and asked if they would give me a fork. The woman was INCREDIBLY rude. She was more concerned about me slipping on the floor that was clearly dry than she was about being helpful and providing a fork. She said “we don’t have those here”. When I asked again and stated “you serve food, yet don’t have a fork?” She looked thrown off and said “well I’d have to go look for it.” Incredibly rude. She should lose her job for her inability to provide even satisfactory customer service. Insane. No one should have a job when they treat anyone like that over a fork. DO NOT GO HERE. My experience at this place was awful! There wasn't a hostess when I wanted to get seated. One of the waitresses told me to seat myself and sit anywhere I wanted. I sat myself at an open table and was there for at least 5 minutes without a menu. When the waitress came to the table next to mine I tried to get her attention and she tried ignoring me. After I finally got her attention and told her I had been waiting for 5 minutes without even being offered a menu, she continued to ignore me and walked up to the main entrance carrying a menu. She then finally returned to my table with a menu at which time I asked to speak with her manager. She told me she would get her and told me my first mistake was sitting at an dirty table. Without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had in an airport bar. The kitchen was closed so I just ordered a beer. And the waitress completely forgot about me. After waiting for 15 minutes, I got up and was leaving when she saw me and announced to the entire restaurant, "OH, my God, I completely forgot about your Copper!" I will never return to this establishment and I highly recommend you avoid it as well. I am only giving this place one star because that is the lowest rating I can give it.
