Update: Mindy from the customer service team gave me a call. They are kindly sending over the product to me.
It was a frustrating experience not being able to get someone on the phone immediately, but she more than made up for it, passed along apologies from the store manager, and made things right. Definitely left me with a more positive view of the InMotion stores and iStore than when I left the below review.

Incredibly frustrated. I bought a small Theragun mini as a gift on the way through CLT. I asked the associate if the box out on the floor was the only one she had, she said yes and rung me up.
Lo and behold, make it back home and - the box is empty!!! I have been trying to reach the store for THREE DAYS now, and their phone number does not work! The corporate office leads to a voicemail, and there is no call back…
I understand that mistakes happen, but how the heck can a traveler even get in touch with these people?! I am going to have to reach out to my credit card company and dispute the charge, because I simply cannot contact someone to explain...

I asked the worker probably 10 times if they didn't work out, could I return them because I dont want to be stuck with an expensive product that I can't use if they dont work. She kept telling me yes it would be no problem within 14 days and if I can't get back to an istore that I could return to Bose directly. She opened the box to show me how they work and ran me through the settings. They turned out to not work for me so I went to an istore to return them 5 days later and they told me that not only can I not return them but I couldn't do an instore credit. AND Bose does not acknowledge them as a reseller so they will not return them either. Also their policy is that if the box is open it is automatically not returnable even though I wasnt even the one to open the box. So I am stuck with a 350 dollar paper weight....

I asked her what time she open she say 6:00 am I said ok and told her I would go wait at some chairs. 6:05 am comes around I go to the door and the women is slowly dusting clean surfaces. I ask her if she will be open anytime soon my flight board in 15 mins. She suggest I go to another store and rudely dismissed me. I had to go to another store to get my head phones. Horrible staff and workers. I was super nice to her but she didn’t care. She showed no empathy or desire to open the store and sell me head phones.
