If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased nearly $300 worth of Pandora product on Nov. 30th 2016 as I was traveling trough the airport. This was to be a Christmas gift for my wife. The day after Christmas, I went to a local pandora store in my home town to return the items and receive a refund. I was told that they would only exchange and in order to receive a refund, I would have to travel back to the Charlotte airport and return at the location it was purchased. To say the least, I was extremely frustrated, but it didn't seem to matter to the store manager. So, once the holidays ended, I booked a flight back to Charlotte to return the product. Today, I walk in the Charlotte store and am told by the store manager that I am 6 days outside of their 30 day return policy and the only thing they can offer is an exchange. I explained to her that I tried to return the product within the 30 day window, but was told I needed a plane ticket in order to that. Again, customer service was non existent. I have purchased many items from Pandora in the past few years, but I would encourage no one to do business with this company. I just can't imagine how common sense couldn't be considered at any point throughout this entire transaction. She was on her own tonight and worked patiently with each person until her very rude and unpleasant colleague appeared(maybe on a break?). 5 stars for Jamila who offered recommendations and a lovely smile. Her colleague was a different story. While Jamila was ringing up a customer, her colleague asked an airport employee if he needed assistance, overlooking me. Then she walked right by me and didnāt even offer to help/acknowledge me. Jamila apologized for her colleagues lack of professionalism and spent about 30 minutes helping me pick out several pieces. I think the guy said he was looking around bc he knew Iād been waiting for a while. Jamila made my experience pleasant but the other employee should not be employed at a place where sheās required to interact with people....

It's very frustrating when you are trying to call about a specific product. I understand this is an airport location, and not anyone can walk in from town to make a purchase, so they may prefer not to take phone calls. But they need to understand that some people do work at the airport and have airport access, and would like to know if a certain item is in stock before driving over on their day off. So frustrating.
