Ordered pizza for delivery and used “emergency pizza” reward for a portion of the order. I ordered delivery for the week prior to the same address and it was delivered no problem. 10 minutes after I ordered online, the store called me and told me the delivery address was outside of their radius and cancelled the order, then refunded it. After hanging up, I saw that the previous delivery order from the week prior was from the same store. Then I noticed that my free pizza reward was gone since I used it for the order the store cancelled. I called the store back and spoke with the manger who was less than helpful. She said the delivery driver called me to cancel the order because it was outside of their radius. I explained that it makes no sense because they delivered to us the week prior. She said because the week prior it was Friday and they didn’t notice the order? But because today was Thursday they noticed it and cancelled? Again, makes zero sense. She then tried to place the blame on me that I should use my address to find the closest store when ordering and I explained that the dominos app chose the store, not me. I then told her that my free pizza coupon is gone because they cancelled it and she said it might appear in the app in “a day or two.” And I asked if I can place a carry out order over the phone and they can still give me the free pizza promotion since they cancelled. She rudely replied, “but then you’ll get two free pizzas when the reward goes back on your phone.” I’m sorry what!!? I told her we deserve that then for the inconvenience and she muted the phone for 30 seconds and didn’t say anything because I would assume she was gossiping about the conversation to coworkers. Then she got back on the phone, said she’d honor the free pizza, rushed through taking my order, and when I said “thank you,” she didn’t say anything and hung up.
On top of ALL of that, they didn’t even get the order right. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak speciality pizza and got a pizza with tomato sauce and steak, drenched in oil. The cheesey-bread wasn’t cooked all the way and I strongly feel they did this on purpose and out of spite. Very negative experience and will never be returning.
Updated review as of 12/12/24: I emailed the owner as instructed in their review response nearly two weeks ago and no response. Starting to believe the responses are fake just to appear...
Read moreREVIEW #2… Made the mistake of ordering from here again a couple months after my initial 1 star review, because my son requested it. Here is my experience this time. Placed an online order at 7:40pm for delivery. Got a confirmation email a few seconds later with the tracker. It showed a couple minutes later (7:45) that a team member had started prepping the order. After doing some things around the house, I checked my watch and realized it was 8:50pm and our order has not been delivered. I checked the tracker again, and it was on the same stage of the process. So I called the store for an update, just to be informed that they did not have anyone to deliver orders. I told them I would come pick it up instead, but that they could have taken the initiative to inform me much sooner than over an hour later. 5 minutes later, I received a call from the store once again informing me they didn’t have anyone to deliver orders. I arrived at the store at 9:10pm to pick up my order. But to my expected disappointment, was informed that it hadn’t even been made yet…an hour and 25 minutes after the order had been placed. At this point, with a very hungry child in the car, I told them to cancel the order. The final slap in the face was when I was leaving the parking lot, a Domino’s delivery car was pulling back into the store…
If I could give negative stars to match my negative experiences, I would. I understand being short staffed, and being busy. But an inconsiderate lack of communication, piss poor management, and zero customer service…that isn’t excusable.
UPDATE - emailed the gentleman that replied to my first review. Never received any response.
REVIEW #1 Placed an order online at 11:15pm. Stored called 5 minutes later and told me they weren’t doing any more deliveries…45 minutes before they were supposed to close. Won’t have to worry about me...

I placed my order online and after an hour of waiting I finally decided to check up on my order and seen that it had still been sitting with no update. I called the store and ask the employee if I am able to pick up my order instead with a refund of the delivery fee and to have my order remade. The employee respond and said that the manager should Accommodate me with no problem. So I drove to pick up my order and when I arrived my order was not remade and when I asked for the refund the employee told me he cancelled my order and forgot to issue me the refund for the delivery fee. So he grabs his manager Caiden who next assisted me and told me that he would have to charge me again to have it remade. I told him I had a $3 gift card that was applied and is only good to be used once. He told me it would go back on the gift card however HE LIED. I asked him if I could have a receipt of the refund He told me they dont do that. What place doesn't offer refund receipts?!?! I should have recorded him. So now all I have for record of the transaction is an email and a text that the transaction was cancelled. I am so upset. This is not how you conduct business. I just tried to place my order online and use the gift card again and I recieved an error messaged that stated the gift card had already been redeemed. I knew this was going to be an issue and happen but the manager Caiden swore up and down that it would be returned back on the gift card and that I would be able to to use it again and now I'm left with NO ORDER No Food and I just lost $3 of my gift card.
