I want to preface this saying I work at a hotel nearby this Domino's. This review is the culmination of MANY issues with this location. First, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. Everytime I try to call them after 12am (despite being open until 3am on Google, the Corporate website and their own door) either there is no answer on the phone or the phone simply refuses to connect, instead looping the same automated message over and over. Trying to place any order online between 12am and 3am it always is immediately cancelled. Over the past MONTH our hotel has had this happen numerous times. Myself, another co-worker, and more guests than I can count have experienced the issue of placing an order and it never showing up, only to find out in their email that the order was cancelled. NO CALL from the location, no notification on the website, just an email sent about the order being cancelled with no explanation as to why. Then when you try to call the location to place an order or ask questions, you NEVER get an answer. This is the most abysmal company I have ever experienced, as this isn't some one off issue or even something that happened to a few people. I know of at least 7 including myself and coworkers who have had this happen at different times, different days, across a 1 month span. These reviews reflect the same information and shows a trend, not a fluke. It has gotten to the point that we have removed all mention of Domino's to our guests as they begin complaining to us about these issues due to our recommendations.
EDIT: Just wanted to clarify that most of the orders I have had experience with from guests was between 11pm and just before closing at 2:30am. We have an airline contract and displaced passengers who don't arrive at the hotel until late in the evening are limited for options. This Domino's claims by all accounts to be open until 3am so I see no excuse for this amount of lackluster service 2-4 hours before closing. I could understand orders being cancelled or no phones being answered within 30 minutes before closing, however none of these instances have been within less than an hour of...
Read moreI work overnights and order from here from time to time. Well my son was with me at work so I decided to order from here on 6/16/20 about 11:45pm. Upon ordering, it stated online that it would be a contactless delivery. Tell the driver where to put it safe and he will drop it off, so we didn't come in contact. I stated I wanted it left at the front desk. Once the driver (Hispanic guy) arrived he wouldn't leave my food. He waited for front desk to call my room 101. And I told them to leave it and I'll bring his tip he could wait until I got my food and left so I wasn't directly in contact of him .. he was very rude very nasty. kept calling my phone and told me I probably didn't have money for a tip and stormed out the lobby doors. However I stated on his way out I had a tip and he kept walking. Here's the thing though people have all kinds of life situations even though I did have a tip for someone who may have alot of kids struggling trying to make ends meet may not and customer service should be excellent if a customer has a tip on not. And I thought it was pretty tacky of him to even bring it up. Everyone can't tip every time. He represented dominos this night in the most disgusting way. I have ordered pizza, wings, and dessert every other Friday for a year because it's my kids and I fun day, we watch movies and spend time together as a family. I order at the Concord location on Derita . For a year you've gotten my business even longer and I've given many tips. Thank your driver dominos because he represented you all. I will no longer order from you. I'll take my business to PAPA JOHN'S or Marcos. Who is priced higher than you, where I'm appreciated. You want my money but allow your drivers to display ignorance and terrible...
Read moreComplaint Regarding Recent Experience at Dear Domino’s Customer Service, I’m writing to share my recent and very disappointing experience with one of your store locations.
I placed an online order for my kids and drove 25 minutes to the store to pick it up, as I often do. This location has been our go-to because they usually prepare the pizza well, and my family enjoys it. I received a notification that my pizza was ready, but when I arrived, I had to wait nearly an hour in total.
Eventually, I was told the pizza had been given to someone else by mistake. I was then asked to wait another 10 minutes for a remake—without so much as an apology. I explained that I couldn’t wait any longer, as my kids had to eat and get ready for school the next day.
I asked for a refund and a receipt, but the staff told me they had already cancelled the order in their system and couldn’t provide a receipt. I found this very confusing because I had already been charged. When I questioned them, one of the employees became disrespectful and even called me “crazy” during our conversation. Shockingly, they called the police on me instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally.
This experience was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I was simply trying to get a meal for my children, and I expected to be treated with respect. I am requesting: A full refund for my order. A receipt or confirmation of the refund. An apology for the poor treatment I received.
I hope Domino’s takes this matter seriously and ensures that no other customer has to go through...
