5.2.2025 Update from 2 stars to 4 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Corporate reached out here and I emailed as asked.
Today's order included curbside and I came to write that Corporate is to blame. It's top down and I do wonder if Wisco has checked on this place and if so, when was the last time doing so?
Why? The young lady was found working by herself when I figured curbside was never going to be brought out and proceeded to go in. Sure enough she's busy cooking and boxing up pies. It's Friday 4:30p and I'd think they would be fully staffed. To see otherwise makes me question if it's profits over practability or did they use AI or monthly sales to decide only 1 person is needed in the store today??
Two other patrons were waiting for curbside and yes, I asked. No one working deserves this and it's college campus .... Just over staff. Regent Street Madison, Wisconsin location does such and so does UW Whitewater location.
Top down BECAUSE Toppers replied to this review on April 23rd. I wrote as asked on April 23rd. It's May 2nd and I haven't heard anything. I believe a week plus is reasonable but maybe not. C'est la vié. Hoping Cooperate or someone at the District or Regional level sees this and replies..
I placed an order April 22nd for pickup April 23rd at 12:15p. The purported manager called to say the promotion isn't valid today. Would I like another promotion: No My order was placed during the promo and set for later pickup. I thought I paid online but see I left it for pay at pickup. Probably BECAUSE I was scared I'd get trapped at work. Alas I did not.
On my way to pickup she calls so I couldn't record. Here's the thing: I get if the system doesn't get the process but (1) she didn't try, (2) says there is nothing else to be done but (3) order something else or (4) use another promo.
My reply: please escalate this. Reach your district manager or regional manager to explain the process. The stix haven't been made so no loss yet. Would you like me to cancel the order? No, please.
Y'all, I'm perplexed so I ask Are you making the order or canceling the order? I'm given the same info so I said it doesn't sound like an ask but a tell. If you're asking me then keep my order and escalate this. Her: I am the manager. Me: no arguments there ma'am. I'm asking you to get another manager at the next Level involved. Please escalate this. Let them advise.
She repeats the ordering and promo Intel from above saying she's the only manager. So I explain ... I understand all you're saying but I don't think you're understanding me. Would you please escalate this for corporate. The order was placed and the promo applied. You haven't made anything yet it's a matter of billing. See what they say. No, I will not.

Read moreI would give 0 stars if possible. I have been trying to order a pizza for over 90 minutes. I have been on hold for over 45 of those minutes. Their order online option on their website says that all of my cards are "declined" for some reason when I know I have funds available. Nobody will ever answer the phone. It's like they don't want to do any work.
Edit: In response to the response. You flat out lied in your response. Nobody from your company ever contacted me. In order for me to have told someone to hold on, that would have required someone to answer the phone. The card that was declined on your website was the same card that was approved through Uber Eats which is the only way I was able to place an order. People who are busting their tails at 1am (I started trying to call prior to 12am) should have no excuse for a 25 minute hold time. I hung up after 25 minutes and called back only to wait 45 minutes on hold still with no answer. I hung up again and went through Uber Eats.
