So we came here for their New Year’s poetry, R&B &party afterwards. I mean I guess it is their grand opening and their new management but I feel like they could’ve been more put together. ( It is black owned now .) Just let you guys know now they don’t have food.. is a food truck which is pretty good. The drinks are like weak AF like very weak for $11 or 15 (had like 3 and a shot no buzz all juice) I mean honestly the shots are about the same price. The hookah aren’t really that great either the DJ so far …… blah. I mean he probably might get better. but I mean overall like I guess because it’s their grand opening it could get better, but my only cons are the fact that you have to walk up steps to get inside & there’s only one stall per restroom ( women) & management could be a little bit more concerned about the enjoyment of their guest. Update sound & Dj Suck Also I would I told management about the concern & they cared more about changing clothes for a photo opp!! Then the enjoyment of their paying guest!! Promise you don’t waste your time. Look at their response that should tell you everything… 😞

we went in and got seated in a loud area so we asked to get moved to a more quiet place and they told us it’s $20 a person. which we didn’t mind paying because it would be quiet. we sat down and then i found out the waiter charged us for 4 guests and not 3 guests… she proceeded to give us a refund but that wasn’t the only problem we had there. what really got me upset was they let a bunch of people into the lounge for free when it was suppose to be more quiet and less people. they just started dancing in the lounge which was suppose to be more private then the common area! the shisha was also not strong and very light… when i asked the owner why he said its because people don’t like it strong… what is the point of a hookah lounge if there is not real shisha in there? my experience was terrible, they still made me pay for alcohol and the lounge tickets but not the shisha. overall i do not recommend coming here as they will just try to come after your money and not give good service!

First time visitor. Went on a Saturday night around 11pm. The establishment is on the 2nd floor of a plaza building. The stairs entry is on each side of the building. I didn't see elevators or ramps. Upon entry, there's a security checkpoint (wanding for women and pat down for men). No dress code. Entry fee was $10 general and $20 VIP. We ordered the Al Fakhar for $18. There's a menu offering various types, flavors, upgrades etc. I personally was good with the $18 version. There's also a snack and drink menu. Overall, the experience was good. Customer service was great and the environment was chill. There was music and an option to use a QR code for DJ song requests. I'll definitely go back if I'm in the area again.

I'd been visiting this particular hookah lounge consistently for at least 5 months straight. I found it to be a great chill spot. Nothing too too loud, but not too quiet either. They don't serve alcohol which was a plus for me, no worries over stepping over drunk people all night here. Music is dope as well weekly. But my views on the entire establishment have changed since being refused service all together. A man at the door flat out told me that I could not come in period. There was no line. There was no one waiting. I was the only one outside of the doors and from what I could see myself there was no line inside and open tables were available. He did not say hello or anything. As soon as I went to open the door, he snatched it away from me and told me that I could not come in. His reasoning was that they did not allow book bags and bottle waters. I asked him when this policy took affect because I had just been there the week before with the same book bag and bottle of water with no problems nor indications from the owner himself that this was not allowed. I even sat down with the manager on multiple occasions discussing random topics while in King Tut with my book bag full of books from school and my laptop I always have on me, and he never told me this was an issue period. Once I received my reasoning and explained how I pretty much was a regular at the lounge almost daily, I was told "well this is how it is now, after 12 on a Friday we have limited seating so we can't allow any book bags or water bottles". The man at the door turned around and then turned back to me stating that I could come in after being so rude and obnoxious with me and there was a section available but by then I did not want to spend any MORE money than I already had at this establishment after being refused service flat out for no reason at all. There was no reason for a 6 foot man to approach a 5 foot woman the way he did so aggressively and there was no reason for me to be approached as though I was walking into a night club. This guy acted like a bouncer at a nightclub which made me very uncomfortable especially with me being the only person standing outside to hear what he had to say to me. This is my very first time being refused service by any business at all period so I will never spend another dime in this place ever again. Very disappointed and...

We like going here to just chill out great atmosphere also love the dj on Friday and Saturday just a nice chill spot to hang out... The service is great everyone is so nice and helpful... The hookah flavors are on point my favorite is always a mix of watermelon and strawberry but we tried 2 new flavors bad and boujee and some other one I can't remember the name ( I know not much help right) but to be honest I like all the mild flavors I can't handle to much but I do know the other one had a mix of pomegranate and kiwi and another flavor just can't remember but that one was good!!! And is possibly my new favorite one... But this place is the best I go e 5 stars because it's just a great place to hang out and worth every penny plus we drive over 30 mins just to get there... And it's worth it... Also what I just love about this place is the people I mean they be hype in there I love watching them just get into the music and just have a good time... They also have pool tables if ur into that.... I do believe they sale some food too like sandwiches chips they also have desserts too I'm not to sure about that because we just get a drink and the hookah. But definitely try this place if ur into hiphop/rap they play all the new stuff plus some old favorites best night is Friday and Saturday if ur wanting a dj but any other time they are open it's still good they have a jukebox and I believe also has all good music so...
