Dunkin' — Restaurant in Charlotte

This is the absolute worst dunkin donuts I've ever had the displeasure of obtaining coffee from. Not only is the service ridiculously slow but it is also lacking. There have been multiple times where I've been the only one in the drive through and still had to wait 20 mins for a donut and an ice coffee. Let's get into the customer service or lack there of. Each employee there seems like they don't want anything to do with the franchise in general. The reality of the situation is this customer service so lacking that if I didn't have to go there I'd much rather go to McDonald's at least there they put a false smile on to at least make it seem like they enjoy their jobs. Today I ordered a iced coffee and apple spice donut. I was the only one in line in the drive through. It took 25 min to get the ok to pull up to the window. I arrive at the window and she forgets what I ordered. I can tell you what she did remember to give me, which was attitude. I could go on and on about how this place sucks but I'll end it here with this. If your in the Charlotte area and have the time to go to another location do just that. Don't waste your time and money here trust me they will...

I just had a very displeasurable experience at your north tryon location in charlotte n.c.  I ordered my food during a morning rush.  Everything should have been cooked fairly recently.  Once i got to work and started to bite into my hashbrowns,  i noticed they were still cold on the inside.  I took them back and asked for some fresh ones.  I had already bitten into one of them and placed it back into the bag.  To my suprise, my half eaten one is sitting at the top of the bag when they give me my "fresh" ones.  I told them that was diaguating and that they just put food, with my saliva on it,  back into the fryer.  Plus they sidnt honor yalls system of giving out fresh food,  never returning food.  I called the albemarle location,  they run the north tryon location and let Garth or Jack know ( he wouldnt identify himself over the phone).  He said that they do not ever give food back that a customer has returned.  WELL THEY DID!  And he didnt appologize once.  He said that there is no way that happened.  I am very displeased and would like to hear back from you all.  Running a restauraunt like that is...

It have been a while since I write a review of a business. Used to write reviews anywhere from Key west, FL all the way up to Victoria Island of Canada. But I have to write reviews for this Dunkin Donuts shop, just to show you how wonderful the service we were experience. We got there after 7PM, outside was dark but the parking lights was bright and cleand. Tried to oder an ice cream for our girl birthday party and was not able to due to no one was able to and ut wad kind of late. BUT a kind lady behind the counter came out, spoke to us, welcomed us, offered us to tested ice creams, congratulated my kid on her Bday, took my number to have the baker to call me tomorrow. The baker called me the day after, she was carefully took my oder over the phone and didn't even take a payment up front. All of these for a birthday ice cream cake ? They made my day and earned my respect and appreciate.
