Dunkin' — Restaurant in Charlotte

I get the feeling that this business almost exclusively hires college students fresh out of their parents house with no life experience or job experience and what I assume must be very very breif job training. I could be wrong but they certainly don't know how to make coffee. For example today while I ordered anything but coffee, I witnessed a girl order a large iced coffee and when handed a medium she of course handed it back and said I ordered a large and showed her receipt. The teen employee then turned around, poured the coffee into a larger cup and filled the rest with ice. He did so shamelessly and all while the customer watched in shock and dismay. While I've never been met with such blatant disregard for customer service in my personal experience I've certainly never been met with a coffee that didn't taste like complete garbage. Entered late morning for coffee and hash browns bites on a Friday morning. Immediately the atmosphere was tense. Apparently the guy at the register kept causing errors while inputting causing the line prep to duplicate orders, so all orders were taken on the kiosk at that point. Staff kept telling him to stop taking orders as it was messing them up and he became overly defensive. Shift manager on drinks, trying to keep everything running, some kid with ipods in his ears taking 30 minutes to prep four hash browns, dude with attitude at front saying he won't go home because he's on the schedule. It took literally 30 minutes to get four drinks and four hash browns. Guy at the front should have taken a break instead of taken offense at his co-workers trying to keep up with orders. Some retraining would be in order. Not sure that I should call him out by name, but I imagine management knows who I'm talking about. Probably won't place an order if I come in again and see...

This location is 5 mins from my job and most time I pass by the other location I visit often. On Tuesday for what I thought was gonna be a good visit. The company slogan is America runs on dunkin, however the employees that work here with the exception on one or two young ladies doesn't quite seem to understand that slogan. It's always a gamble coming here Tuesday there was about 6 people working and it was still a wait to get my food i didn't even order coffee once I walked in I could tell it was not gonna go well because I didn't get greeted by the young lady who always takes care of me. I was late to work and i git a burnt sandwich. I would like fir the owner or hiring manager to train the young workers to know people come in to get quick and hot food to get in and out. I appreciate the workers showing up durning covid 19 as I am an essential worker as well and it can be overwhelming however even before covid there were still some slight issues...
