The owner, that regularly is at the register, maintains a rude/aggressive and bad attitude towards clients and I can’t imagine how he treats his employees. Since I discovered this place 2 weeks ago, I have been ordering to go, I have ordered at least 4 times per week, cause I’m working pretty close to the area where the restaurant is located. The first time I went to the restaurant, the owner gave me a menu because I didn’t know the plates, the menu doesn’t give detailed information on the plates, so it’s hard to figure it out, Italian names for the plates, Tuscany chicken, so I asked him about some plates. To my surprise, he gets angry really quick if you ask questions about how those the plates come prepared, zero patience or tolerance toward a new client that doesn’t know anything about the menu. Another thing I quickly noticed, was that the person on the register charges you different for the same order every time you order. They don’t give a detailed receipt, just the paper for you to sign with the total. So I started checking why the difference for the same order and noticed that the owner charges for things that are supposed to be included on the menu, like the soup, that is included with the plate I usually order. He also charges if you prefer a pink sauce, over I white one, the amount of sauce is the same, the only thing that changes is the color. The thing is his employees charge you the same for any sauce, white pink or red and they also include the soup, as it is supposed to be included. This guy, the owner, charges you for the soup as an extra, for the sauce and he doesn’t even explain you why he is charging you extra, doesn’t give the receipt and on top of that gets super mad and treats you bad, because I asked him for the detailed receipt and explanation of why he charges more of what he was supposed as per the menu and different of what his employees had charged me for the same orders in the past week.
I would not recommend this restaurant, food is ok, but it is not worth supporting an owner that treats customer very bad. I bet he treats his employees the same way, they don’t look happy while they are working at...
Read moreWe just gave Enrico's another chance!!! And we are so happy to report that they have addressed the issues we previously encountered. The food was GREAT and the service was Excellent. We dined on 02/28/23 for Dinner and ordered our favorites and the food was piping hot, and cooked perfectly. I want to thank the owners for reaching out and I apologize that I didn't contact you directly. We are so happy to put Enrico's back to my favorite Italian restaurant in the area. We return to being regulars!
Enrico's had become my favorite place on the way back from the airport. Unfortunately our last two visits were not as great as they had been. Both times the server was slow and inattentive and wasn't concerned with the order in which the food arrived. One of these last two times they charged us an extra $2 to make the dish spicy and an extra $.50 per salad for extra salad dressing even thought the salad is typically included. Since we order the same menu items that had become our favorites. I can say the quality has definitely gone down. We were served cold in the middle Eggplant Rollatini appetizer on one occasion , lately they overcook the pasta so we asked for Al Dente both times and still were served overcooked pasta, we need to remind them to bring the bread out and the servers we had don't seem very interested in serving. We were there on New Years eve and sat without anything but the water for over 15 minutes. I doubt we will give this another chance, but I do hope that someone sees this and checks into it before others decide not to dine here. Its sad to see a place go down him when it was a favorite and we used to...
Read moreWe were at Enrico’s Saturday a bit after 4:30PM. This is early enough to have great service (before it’s busy). Our server was not the greatest unfortunately. Our drinks were in small cups while every single other patron had regular cups. Even children at the restaurant had bigger cups. We couldn’t quite figure this out. It wouldn’t have been a problem if our server kept our drinks filled. We had to wave her down multiple times and each time she would take our cups from the table to refill them. It’s flu season, so I’d prefer knowing she didn’t mix my cup with my friend’s when taking them to the back for a refill. I thought at one point she would give up and give us the bigger cups that everyone else had so she wouldn’t have to refill them. We asked if we could have bread ahead of time while we waited but she wasn’t able to make that happen. Not a big deal except when she dropped our checks with our credit cards on the table without saying a word. Usually servers say thank you, so that felt rude to me especially because this was our first time at the restaurant. The manicotti dish was good and came nice and hot. The sauce at this restaurant is VERY good. My friend had chicken parm and it was ok overall. I did not love the Caesar dressing for my salad. As we were leaving, the restaurant was getting very busy. I assume this is a well known place that the locals really enjoy. A lot of people were getting to-go. We enjoyed watching the guy spinning the dough in the air while making pizza. The hostess was awesome! She thanked us and said...
