The slowest service served with a smile. I went to the drive thru the other day and was literally in line for about a half an hour plus (once you get past a certain point in the line, you're stuck and can't back out because of the way the parking lot is designed). Now mind you, it was me and two other cars in the drive thru, and there was no customers inside the store. The little girl finally took my order.. and there was nothing little about this girl, but she was a child none the less, with the most unflattering eyelashes I've seen in food services. Once I finally got to the part to pay for my food, the girl was moving around making orders and having them sit on the side. I'm assuming they were online orders, because she never gave them out to anyone the whole time I was waiting for my order. They was just sitting there. About 10 minutes later she finally opened the window, with a smile, took my card, swipped it, then gave it back. I'm watching to see what's taking so long, and it appears she was the only one working š¤·š½āāļø so I felt some sympathy for her. In my mind, I understood why a breakfast sandwich and two hash browns would take forever.. because in my mind, she was the only one in there taking orders, filling orders, and making food.. but she wasn't the only worker in there. I seen two other people in there. A guy, cleaning and fixing stuff. And another girl with a faded hair cut, I'm guessing the manager, watching the girl take and make orders. The two girls were laughing and talking, and carrying on. I can tell they didn't like me watching, so they kept moving around annoyed, but still not doing anything (in an empty restaurant!) Then when I finally started calling for the server to ask what's taking so long.. she finally gives me my food with a smile. I took it, said thank you and went on my way. That smile she gave me was sneaky, like she had something up her sleeve for me watching her not work. The food was cold, not fresh at all, and she put the oldest, greasest, mushiest hash brown in my bag. She must have found it under the frier and decided to give it to me out of spite šš she's lucky I'm saved and have a great sense of humor. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn a trip from Augusta to Boon to stay in the mountains for snow and stopped here for lunch. Worst Jack in the box ever. The staff was rude and disrespectful. When we entered had one employee approach us and because we weren't ready said someone else will help you im going to make my food. Then the other employee messed up my order and gave me 2 juice boxes when I have 3 kids so had to spend another $2 for a juice. My wife requested tacos and they said they dont make them..... yet they are a menu item. Half the food took 10m and then my food and one of my kids took another 10m. I got the chicken club with only chicken, bacon and cheese and it was just chicken on bread. When I asked for another one they slapped a cold piece of cheese and old crusty bacon on it and handed it back to me. The chicken nuggets and tenders looked like they had been under the heat lamp all morning and were so dry they sucked the moisture out of my wife's mouth. The bathrooms were like a cheap gas station restroom, filthy and disgusting. And to top it off our food took 30m to complete, but another group of a different ethnicity entered and had their entire meal done within 5m while we still waited for our food to be complete.    Read moreCame to this location a few weekends ago. Did a mobile order. Went to pick up my order and the rude worker stated that I made the order difficult because I customized my burgers. I said excuse me? She said yeah you asked to take off items that don't even come on the burger. I was like what are you talking about?? She said you asked to take off jalapeños and they don't even come on the burger! I said 1) your beyond rude, 2) I didn't ask to remove any items especially jalapeños. She showed me that it was printed on the receipt. I pulled up the confirmation email and showed her exactly what my orders were and there was no customizations or anything about jalapeños on my mobile order. She then apologized and told me well I don't know how that happened. What a clown she was! Who even says that to a customer "oh your customizations made the order hard?" I'm sorry that 1) you have no clue what your even talking about and 2) you don't have staff that can handle making customizations to a burger whether it be removing or adding items. I guarantee I will never give this location a cent of my money due to that rude ignorant employee. Also the food ended up being trash. Nothing tasted good and the fries weren't even cooked. They were borderline still cold...
