On Monday, July 21, my wife came to this location and purchased several subs for my family. We were on our way to the airport to take our family vacation and wanted to go grab a bite to eat so that we didn’t have to pay the crazy prices that they charge within the airport. Accidentally the location put bacon on my turkey sandwich. I do not eat pork. My wire immediately called the location and informed them of the mishap. The person that answered the phone said there was absolutely no problem. That when we returned from our vacation to just come to the location and give our name and That, they would replace the sub. Today I return to the location to get the replacement sub. I gave them my wife’s name Mia The manager in charge told me that there was nothing that she can do for me, even though she said that her management was aware of the situation, but because I did not have the receipt that basically there was nothing she could do. The employee that my wife spoke to on the phone, never expressed to my wife that we had to bring the receipt with us to get our replacement. Read moreI eat at Jersey Mike’s at least once every two weeks. It is my favorite sub of all I used to be a subway girl for years, but starting going to Jersey Mike’s and I love it. The meat is so fresh and they pile it on you get your money and everything is so fresh . My second favorite is Jimmy John’s if there was not a jersey Mike’s in my town which there’s not excuse me I have to go to Gastonia because Dallas is small and we only have a subway and we’re getting a Howdy. Pizza and Sub, but anyway if there was not a jersey Mike’s near me, I would definitely choose Jimmy John’s next. So keep up the good work jersey Mike’s cause I truly do enjoy coming there. The help is always so helpful and nice. The store is always clean as soon as a person gets up from the table. Someone promptly goes out and cleans the area they keep the tea area wipe down it’s never sticky with spills everywhere. I mean they really do a fantastic job with cleaning the dining area constantly and I love that. I most of the time dine in, but I have done Take out. But I prefer to Dine in . I guess since Covid hit us and we were all shut down for so long. I really love and enjoy being able to just go in and sit down somewhere and have my dinner instead of having to go through a drive-through and carry at home...
Read moreExtremely disappointed with the service I received today. My husband ordered take out. I get home from work to find the longest piece of hair in my sandwich. I call to speak with the manager, Amia and she is immediately dismissive. We didn’t have the receipt because we weren’t given one but gave her a time that we were there; she states “I don’t have time to look back as I have other customers so I’ll just refund you $16” - I asked her how she’s expecting me to be okay with that when we paid over $20 for our food and had to drive back out to your location due to a mistake on your end. She attempts to look for a receipt, says she can’t find it. After about 10minutes on the phone, I haven’t been offered a sandwich remake, an apology or anything. I informed her that I would come to the store, she abruptly hung up in my face. 10mins later I arrive to the store only to find out she has left for the day.
