Purchased 3 subs, 2 were wrong.. if they slowed down to write things down maybe we avoid this as I’m literally reading off of notes for other people.. my giant sub was steak when I requested chicken.. did all of this on my lunch and could not return so I ate 1/2 and gave the other half away. Called the store and the Mgr requested that I bring the sandwich back in order to remake.. I can’t leave and you have no driver.. said she’d be there all day, well that doesn’t help me as I am hungry now. Extremely surprised and disappointed that she did not offer to comp at least a free regular for another day to replace my giant, and my organization does A LOT of business with this branch.. don’t know if she was having a bad day but after getting bread wrong, missing bacon, on one sub (was fixed) and wrong meat and missing an add on on another, that’s the worst treatment I’ve gotten. I’ve personally been in the sub club and earned enough points for multiple free subs so yes I expect you to make up for the mistake that I paid for and not just being a sandwich back hours later...
Read moreWOW! I had the most amazing Jersey Mikes Experience… I will drive back down here just for the customer experience. The gentleman at the counter on this Sunday, 11.24 afternoon were BEYOND friendly, personable and just welcoming. I am so thankful I decided to stop by here on my drive back into uptown charlotte. My mom and I just got a turkey sub and a tuna sub, the gentlemen asked us about our Thanksgiving plans and make sure they asked us about our order to ensure they got it right as we speak. The location was very clean, beautiful decorated and just cozy in general. I will definitely come back and enjoy the time again. Both gentleman were always hard at work and deserve a wonderful bonus. Employees come and go, but hard work isn’t replaceable.

Read moreI have attended this Jersey Mike’s location for over 3 years now and I feel like Leah the manager has been excellent. When placing orders, Leah is always thorough with making sure your order is correct. Not only is Leah great with customer service, but she is also personable. Leah reminds me of the old school restaurants when you enter the store the managers/owners speak to you in a welcoming tone, and know your name. There were several times when I entered the store over the last couple years and Leah could sense my dismay and would come from behind the counter and hug me as if she knew me for years. I appreciate Leah when I visit this Jersey Mikes, as she exemplifies excellent customer service and the food is always fresh. Thanks Leah for being my Jersey...
