This place is ridiculous. Ordered a few times and literally every single time thereās been an issue. They use DoorDash drivers for delivery, so thereās zero communication between the driver and you. You have no idea where the food is. We ordered a pizza last week and after an hour, called the store to inquire on where it was. The guy had no idea what i was talking about, meaning it was never made. Was put on hold for several minutes while they came up with a lie to tell us. The manager said āsometimes the doordash drivers steal foodā⦠i know this was a lie because the kid i spoke to before her said they didnāt even see our order come through. I asked when it was picked up by a driver and it was crickets. At least get your lies straight! I told her i wanted a refund with a receipt of proof. She told me there was no way to send a receipt of refund, but assured me it was refunded. Also a lie. We were never refunded. Instead, they took over $30 from our account. In the middle of a dispute with our credit card company currently. All in all, not worth it and horrendous ācustomer...

The driver advised us she decided to get gas because she had more deliveries than ours. She was not rushing and that still does not excuse the delay. We are literally located down the road. We were busy with working and decided to do delivery to be more productive. We were upset due to the wait and cancelled our purchase. We called corporate and was advised they leave issues like this up to the store to handle. Upon calling them back Justin still did not address the issue and said the order was cancelled and that was that. I'm hungry, wasted my time waiting, and received poor service!!!! I will continue to communicate the poor service and unprofessionalism of this company. No one was concerned or sounded as if they cared. It's sad how you support businesses but when something occurs it really shows you who values and appreciates their customers. I am so disappointed and it will be hard to provide them my business...

As a sales coordinator for one of the top hotel brands in the world, I know the ins and outs of the customer service industry. It can be frustrating, overwhelming, and people can be very rude at times. Nevertheless, our jobs are to listen, empathize, and provide a fast solution.
My order was incorrect. And although I was hesitant to call (not wanting to be a pain) Iām glad I did. Zuri and Justin were so friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted. I even told Justin that I would pay for the difference. He didnāt feel that that was necessary and offered to make me a new pizza - free of charge!
Because I work in the industry, by default I pay close attention to how employees treat their customers. I love moments like these where I am reminded that even with new technology and minimal face to face customer interaction. There are people like Zuri & Justin who still exist.
