If I could give negative 100 stars I would. Do not waste your time going to this location. I ordered 2 items thru the mobile app 2 weeks ago and never received my order or a refund. Apparently there is some sort of glitch in the app that has this location listed as being in Charlotte, SC. Now we all know there is no such place. Anyway I arrived to pick up my order and the young guys working there were sitting at a table where paying customers eat just doing nothing. Basically just on the clock. The one that helped me acted like I was disturbing him because he was slow to even get up from the table to assist me. He said they didnāt receive my order and attempted to show me the computer screen that there was no order for me. I told him I placed it thru the app which I have done many times before. He said my order went to SC. Again I told him thatās impossible because the Mallard Creek location is saved in the app. He said he didnāt know what happened but they never received my order so it mustāve went to SC. Side note: on my bank statement it shows my order went to Mallard Creek. I was getting more frustrated by the second so I asked for a refund. He told me he canāt give me a refund because the order didnāt come to him. At that point I just left. I returned a few days later and spoke with a āmanagerā named David who acted as if he could care less that their company had stolen money from me, because letās be honest, thatās exactly what happened. I paid for food that I never received. I told David that customer service said they forwarded all the information to him and the store owner. He says without even checking that no one sent him anything about a problem with an online order. I asked what he suggested I do and he said to continue speaking with customer service. Itās been two weeks and the owner hasnāt even reached out to me. So at that point I was for sure getting the run around so Iāve contacted the BBB. Beware of this location! There are just lazy low lives working here that does not care about people losing out on their hard earned money as long as they can continue sitting down at the tables and make their $7.25/hr! David the āmanagerā should be fired for not even having the capacity to āmanageā the situation. Just go to the Firehouse a few mins away in Concord and donāt deal with these incompetent idiots! It will save you a headache.
Update: These idiots wouldnāt even respond to the BBB when I filed a complaint. Go figure! That shouldāve been expected from a company that hires people like this. So I just had to take the loss and except they got away with stealing my hard earned money. Again, BEWARE OF...

First i walked in and the little girl with the dreads looks at me and says not a word so i go to the cash register and she just looks at me with silence. Then another customer comes in and says (hey how are you) to the girl and she doesnt respond just looks irritated so the customer Asked me if anyone works here and i said apparently not cause the little girl wont speak to us. The customer ends up leaving due to the rudeness and Then she proceeds to go get a boy from the back and he comes out and stands at the register and just stares at me and i asked him if he was ready to take my order and he didnt say a word just continued to stare like he was portraying to be tuff lol first off the little girl is sagging with her draws showing im guessing shes trying to play thug and the boy is wearing a hoodie and there both trying to look like thugs i guess.. plus the restaurant had all the dining chairs still flipped over and its lunch time smh there are clearly no standards here and management enables this type of behavior please teach hospitality it will go along way i canāt believe this location has gotten so much worse. Wont be coming back and these are the two employees that gave such terrible service. This attitude is not how you get more money in the food industry. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited Firehouse Subs located at 2700 w mallard creek crunch rd on 06/19/2024 around 2:00 PM and had an extremely disappointing experience. First, Lawrence, who took my order (if thatās even his name), was wearing a camo durag and had a nasty attitude. He seemed uninterested in taking my order and when I checked my food in-store, I found it was completely wrong. When I asked for it to be fixed, he sighed and acted like it was a huge inconvenience. To make matters worse, I noticed Lawrence and Shawn (blonde-orange hair locs), another employee, whispering and eyeing me, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned they were tampering with my food. I immediately requested a refund.
Renee (female with pink braids), who processed my refund, claimed to be the manager, which surprised me as she showed no attention to customer service. She asked about the issue only after refunding me and me asking whoās the manager, showing very poor customer service skills.
Overall, my experience at Firehouse Subs was marked by rude and unprofessional behavior from multiple staff members, incorrect orders, and a lack of attention from management. I hope they can improve their customer service and ensure staff are respectful and attentive...
