Atmosphere is 1 because I was in the drive through. JJ, you did me wrong. First time ever and I am highly disappointed. I put my order in at the drive through and when I got to the window they didn't have an order for me, not that it wasn't ready whomever took it NEVER ENTERED IT INTO THE SYSTEM. How does that even work? What were they doing? Then, I gave my order again, face to face and the employee read it back to me completely wrong. I mean, I speak English and it appeared that English was this guy's first language also but still. Sandwiches got finished he handed them out the window and only gave us one drink and no chips that I ordered. Had to wait for that while the kid looked at the receipt like I was lying. They had about 6 employees in there working and it seemed like they were making it up as they went along. Calling me hun or honey does not mean you are being kind. Called in the morning. Was told the order did not come through before system was shut down. I guess the closing time is just a suggestion. When I called to share my frustrations, I found out the person was the same person last night. I was told I will not be yelled at. I never raised my voice. Somehow my order is magically lost. When I asked what to do because the money is showing in my bank account I was met with no help. I have a call into corporate. Service at this location needs to be looked at. If you close early, apologize. Don't come at me with "Hun" to seem as though you are providing service. You know you closed early. Just apologize and make it right when someone calls...

So when I ordered today, I created a rewards account. I got there 15 minutes after ordering but my pickup order wasn't on the shelf so I got my drink and had a seat. 10 minutes later it still wasn't out and track my order said it was still in process, so I got up and asked how much longer it would be. That's when I found out it had been completed and was sitting in the back. No one bothered to put it out front, or show it was complete in the order tracker, or just tell me since I'm the only customer in the place so I don't sit there for no reason waiting for them to finish an order that's already finished.
