So we came to KFC at 8:25pm & did not leave until 8:50 in the drive thru! Now we don’t mind waiting at all but what i have a problem with is not getting the order right the first time. Then you had me pulled up so you didn’t even wait for me to check my food so i had to drive back back around to the window. The girl at the window was so rude she wouldn’t even allow us to tell her everything that was wrong before she kept shutting the window. The on shift manager person was trying to help but he seemed like we were getting on his nerves. I work in customer service & have for the last 10 years. If you don’t like your job quit it! If you can’t provide excellent service with a smile and understand i just spent my hard earn money with you then quit. It doesn’t matter where i choose to spend my money but I’m choosing to spend it at your business. Maybe when i came back to the window the young lady would have stopped for just a min and listened to us instead of being ready ass with attitude she would have got it right & would have not had to come back a million times! I pray manager reads this and makes some adjustments to this place! I shouldn’t have to wait that long for an order like that. Then even though you took forever you had the nerve to have an attitude. Read moreI came to location last night (5/11/24) after ordering through the KFC app. I ordered 2 large mashed potatoes and 30 of the sauced nuggets. When I returned home, I realized that I had only been given one large mashed potato, and 10 of the nuggets. Missing A LOT of food. By then, it was past 10:00 pm, so I called the restaurant this morning (5/12/24) at 10:05 am, and explained my situation to a woman, and asked if I could come in to get the missing items. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I was told to speak to the manager, who would not be onsite until Monday 5/13/24 at 8:00 am. I told her I would be at work at that time and probably unable to do so, and asked if the manager had a direct phone number. She said, verbatim, that the manager doesn’t have a direct number, but is “the only person who would care about my problem,” and then hung up the phone. Read moreThe person who took my order was awesome, her name was Patricia, and though she has only been there a short time she is more friendly amd efficient than those working today who have been there for way longer. The rest of those working today, should be fired and she should be promoted. They were rude, arrogant, using foul language, and horseplaying, both behind the counter and in the dining area, all of the behaviors they exhibited were highly inappropriate for a family restaurant, and another guest had two children dining with him but they did not seem to care about their unsightly behavior, especially in front of their younger guests. Even when they were not seen, the negative actions could still be heard. The food was great but soon after I ordered, they ran out of chicken. How does this happen when you specialize in that.
