What a way to start off their new business. I am a veteran of Marcos as a family friend owns a location in Hampton. I also ordered from the Harrisburg location & was ecstatic to see a new location open closer to my house. The food I received was wrong & I spoke to the GM Alex who seemed very accommodating at the time & he assured me just to order a replacement next time & there wouldn’t be an issue. I decided to walk in this time instead of having it delivered due to already being in the middle of other arrangements. Alex happened to be working again which you would think would’ve made the process more efficient, although we were horribly wrong. He didn’t have any knowledge of me or the situation at all, and this was only speaking to him FIVE days ago. I was livid. Thank God for how I conduct my experience I decided to keep my receipt just in case this would oddly happen but the bigger inconvenience for me was having to go all the way home just to prove I was right. I pleaded with him before having to do so but he refused to help or acknowledge anything. Of course I get home to my receipt & call back providing more details for ex him telling me to ask for rocky if he’s not there. That simple detail is what he needed to hear just to believe I wasn’t lying. I was in complete disbelief. He offered no apology at all not any concern for any inconvenience that he’s caused me & my husband at 11:30pm at night. And on top of that, the order was still wrong..yes, again. I am not ruling Marcos out as a company, just this location for not properly training their employee to not be disrespectful & unethical with their customers. He acted nothing close to a GM & to have to have dealt with this unneeded stress during the holidays is unsettling. I reported this location to corporate & someone at this location said to corporate that they reached out to me when I had no missed calls or even a VM from anyone. Read moreIf I could leave no stars I would… I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza.. pepperoni and triple green olives… the pizza was $25. Which I didn’t have a problem paying.. i paid the $25 for 1 medium pizza… after I received my pizza, I opened the box and noticed that it looked like a normal pepperoni and green olive pizza.. no extra olives.. definitely not triple olives.. i don’t know what the protocol is for toppings. But if I say I want TRIPLE olives, then the pizza should be LAYERED in green olives… I didn’t mind if it was $50 for one pizza! Because that’s what I ordered.. i expect to get what I ordered and paid for.. I was willing to pay that since I don’t have many options for pizza places that offer green olives as a topping.. I will NOT be ordering from here again and make sure everyone I know knows not to. I even called to let them know and the person on the other line stated that he made the pizza and he thinks he put enough… but he isn’t right, the customer is suppose to be.. how you tell the customer that you put enough.. I didn’t want a regular pepperoni and green olive.. not even a double green olive.. but TRIPLE.. I guess I have to go to CICI’s to get the kind of green olive pizza I want because Marcos thinks they are always right and not the customer. They won’t get another dime out of me.. could have easily been fixed. Horrible customer service. Will not be returning. A shame since this is a new store and I’m already getting bad service..
Update: I did the survey at tellmarcos.com, and got nothing. No response. No email. No correction, no help.. no nothing.. waste of time because they fixed nothing. Hate...

I was speaking with my husband on how we never tried marcos pizza even tho they are so close to the house and he worked there for a very short amount of time. (☕️ some how he got fired for smoking weed in the bathroom, which is funny cause we r drinkers 🍸not smokers, silly. lol we both have extreme panic attacks if we do smoke. Like damn my veteran husband cant even work a few hours a night for a little extra cash. ) Anyway..what the hell I ordered me a small califlour crust pizza for me and surprisingly it's good. Like actually not bad. What I'm trying to get to is if u want a good pizza this place is alright. If u want a job here be careful..especially if your a black man cause u could be stereotyped and fired. And I hope marcos pizza actually found the correct person who actually did hot box up their bathroom 😂cause that person could still be on the lose. Plus just a note for management you should really test your employees before you fire them. You never know how it could affect people's lives. Your employees are people with families .
