Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Charlotte

Decent food if your order is ever made correctly. We’ve ordered delivery multiple times from this Moe’s location and they never seem to be able to get it right. If you’re lucky, the worst thing is that they forget to include salsa or queso, but the past two times we’ve ordered through here we’ve had to call, have them remake it and go pick the order up ourselves (because even though the order mistakes are 100% Moe’s fault, they say they don’t have the ability to re-dispatch the DoorDash drivers - which fair enough - but now I’ve paid a delivery fee and still have to go pick up my order myself). Most recently they made someone else’s order and then put our delivery ticket on the outside of the bag so the delivery driver unknowingly brought us the wrong order. Again not the fault of the delivery service - but rather the Moe’s staff preparing the order. And it was still total chaos trying to get it resolved when I got there to have them fix it. I had placed a catering order online for my staff’s appreciation week. I had it placed to be delivered between 11:30-11:45, it didn’t show up until 12:17. I tried to call the number on the order and didn’t get a response. I then decided to call the store and try to get in touch with someone that way but got placed on hold. Then a number texted me saying they are calling the driver. Another number subsequently called me and didn’t even say who they were, so I asked and they said they were with Moes. I stated I’m on hold with someone trying to help me. Then I started getting a call from third number. I didn’t answer because I thought it was spam, but after the third time they rang I hung up the call on hold and answered. The driver was apologetic and stated that she was the only driver and had two deliveries at the time and the gm was suppose to give me a call to let me know but no one did. I am extremely upset and disappointed. My staff had a limited availability to eat lunch and had to scarf down the food and couldn’t appreciate this lunch. I will not ever cater...

What a great lunch! This was our first time eating at this location. My entire family has been Moeless for the past couple years since the Indian Trail location closed and that was usually bad which was probably why they closed. This location was amazing! We stopped in for lunch after a softball game and I was impressed as soon as we walked in the door. Everyone was friendly and engaging. The entire staff worked as a team and they made the ordering process enjoyable. This was a departure from all the other "made-to-order" places that often feel more like you're being corralled than ordering lunch. I really can't say enough about how friendly everyone was. There were plenty of clean tables available and the Coke Infinity machine was clean, stocked with ice, and had all flavors available. The food was amazing, so much better than I remembered from any other Moe's. Hot stuff was hot. Cold stuff was cold. Everything tasted fresh and was prepared perfectly.
