The most expensive useless talk I had. My problem didn't need lab examination. It was a 30 minute talk during which half of the time was waiting for the doctor to come in. The doctor seemed not to have idea about the problem was and needed to read the college textbook for possible solution. The cause I was given was incorrect and totally inconsistent with my symptom when I searched after the visit. Anyway, better than nothing, so I followed the prescription as what the doctor said. The prescription was one week late and actually didn't help at all. It has been more than one month, I am still suffering the problem. It cost me $300 for this talk. Now, I am not going to visit any more, since I don't want to waste another $300. Also, no negotiation or questioning on the price. You had the visit, you have the bill, no matter how much or how confusing it is. I don't want to disclose the doctor name and my problem in case the doctor can locate who I am. (I never left negative review on website and feel unsafe to do so.) She was mentioned in some...
Read moreNot happy with Toni Melville’s services at all. I’ve been going to her for a while and to believe in a physician who thinks she knows everything, my issues have went unnoticed. She has done nothing to help; she’s a waste of time and money and doesn’t have the answers one needs for sciatica nerve or pirifornis syndrome. Strangers has given more valid information than her, and her assistant, who does not know much either. In addition, specialist sending me to the adequate direction to get the therapy and care I need than her. I’ll be searching atrium network for another physician that is more effective and patient centric. I will be filing and taking this higher since the physician refused to prescribe effective medication for ongoing sciatica nerve pain and stated steroids could only be used once, which contradicts accepted medical standards for recurrent or chronic inflammation management. This has caused ongoing pain and diminished quality of life besides the physical therapy attention my specialist...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusted at the “treatment” my partner got here. He made an appointment with Dr Sandberg because he’s been having chest pain and shortness of breath with exertion and has a strong family history of heart disease. I work in cardiology, so I know that at the bare MINIMUM you do an EKG. This was not done. He needed to be scheduled for a stress test, was referred to cardiology and it’s been 2.5 weeks and he still hasn’t heard from anyone. I know the process for this and it doesn’t take this long. It’s completely unacceptable. On top of this, she didn’t give him any signs of what to look out for that should send him to the ED. This is how people die. He’s lucky his wife is a healthcare worker and works in cardiology so he knows. Im appalled at this practice, and especially at Dr...
