I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Moe’s Southwest Grill and I will not be returning. When I walked into the store, General Mananger Johnathan messed up my order twice ! I ordered a bowl of queso with chips and a mor meat Moe cheese. Jonathan was the one who checked me out. He rang my order up incorrectly, charging me for double meat — which I never asked for. It turns out his employee had added it to the bowl by mistake, but instead of correcting it, Jonathan left the overcharge on the bill. To make matters worse, he pretended like he was giving me free chips, even though chips come standard with queso. I paid for the extra meat just to get on with my day. But when I got home, I realized the queso I paid for was missing from my bag. I contacted him via telephone and he told me to come get it for his mistake. I drove 15 minutes back to the store only to find that Jonathan had once again messed up my order and didn’t ring it up correctly. He then tried to make me pay for the queso again, even though it should’ve been included in my original order. When I tried to explain what happened, Jonathan talked over me, didn’t listen, and showed zero accountability When I tried to explain what happened. I asked for contact info for his District Manager, and he flat-out refused to provide it. This kind of behavior from a General Manager is unacceptable. Jonathan lacks professionalism, basic customer service skills, and any sense of accountability. His attitude was dismissive, and he came across as someone on a power trip who has no business leading a team.
The food itself wasn’t even worth the trouble — it was bland and underwhelming. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location altogether. Between the poor service, lack of organization, and arrogant management, it’s not worth your...
Read moreI have been coming to this location over the past year, sadly it’s not under the same management as it was before. The current management is absolutely ridiculous. I have my reasons to be honest. I went to this establishment today 11:28:2021, Thanksgiving was a few days before it was understandable that the restaurant will be slow. The presentation of entering store was very sad. Entering the restaurant no one greets you, just stare at you as you walking up To the burrito maker, the employees and store manager had no mask 😷 on, everyone was just talking so freely with no mask, second problem the entire employees were having a full 2-3 minute conversation before making my burrito. It was very unprofessional no one apologies for the wait, they each including the store manager was talking about something non work related. Just waiting to be service I notice that the food presentation looks very old, the only think that was fresh was the meats, rice, and veggies. I kid you not the brown beans looked like they been in the same plan for days 3/4 days. The rim of the pan you can tell been re use, I was disgusted by the fact the store manager will continue to put food on the line to serve guests. Moe's isn’t expensive, when you come to Moe’s/any restaurant you expect to pay for fresh food. The employee who made my burrito was very stingy with serving portions. The onions had no seasoning. It was awful. I will not be visiting this location anymore. Corporate needs to do better with monitoring their franchise reviews. This establishment is...
Read moreHaven't been to Moe's in a long time, and we were excited to grab a meal for an easy night in. We ordered pickup and scheduled the order so I could pick it up on my way home from work. Our orders were not correct. My burrito was missing cheese and sour cream. That might not seem like a lot, but I'd only ordered five things, and the sour cream is truly one of the most important components in a burrito for me. I was very disappointed to find it missing. I also did not get the poblano crema on the side, which I didn't care about as much. My fiancé ordered a stack with extra queso and two side sauces to dip. The stack came with no queso, no sour cream, and no side sauces. It was very dry, and, again, disappointing. We paid extra and were missing components that would have vastly improved the meal. We were prepared for them to be slightly soggy because pickup orders tend to sit for a minute, but somehow both of our meals were very dry. The stack also came with olives, which we had not ordered. The queso was delicious, and they gave us many, many chips. They were very generous with their servings. The ingredients we did get were tasty and fresh. Overall, I am disappointed that this meal of a burrito, a stack, and a bowl of queso was $30 and the only thing that was what we expected was the queso. Both of our receipts and the order tickets match our order, but the food itself is missing a lot. I tend to really look forward to burritos from Moe's, but I'm definitely bummed by this...
