Brought my teenage son in one day on a whim to see all the miniatures and artwork and for the first time in his life he showed interest in something other than video games. Now he wants to go back every week to build new models, paint, and just enjoy the company of other enthusiasts who are almost always in the shop doing the same. My fiancée and I wandered in after getting Insomnia Cookies because we are big dnd fans. We didn’t know anything about Warhammer but Itamar was so friendly and took the time to break it down for us. We were upfront that we weren’t in the position to purchase anything tonight and we really appreciated that he didn’t try to push us, and focused just on making us feel welcomed. I came in the store a bit hesitantly, overwhelmed by the size of the Warhammer world, but Shawn and Ryan IMMEDIATELY welcomed me in and made me comfortable. They introduced me to a bit of the WH4K world (being I'm completely green to the hobby) and Shawn even sat down with me and let me assemble and glue my first Space Marine and showed me how, then let me paint my first one.
