1st time there on 4/6/22 was greeted well. Watched the front lady write down my imperial turkey #1. The woman making the sandwich on the other end was calling out for turkey club. I told her no twice. Can't stand American cheese on my turkey. Imperial turkey has lettuce tomato, turkey provolone cheese. Seriously? The lady asked me again as I told her no, I don't have a club. Then I watch her pick up the same one and I asked her if that's imperial turkey. She says "here"! I take it and go to my car knowing it's wrong. I open it, and there it was. I go back in and about to give my right mind about it. I told her that I did not have the club three times! She said bring the sandwich back. I went back to my car. Just to let her know. With her attitude of being incorrect , I couldn't take it. She had the nerve to argue with me and had the nerve to blame this on the person who took my order that she had written it wrong. She did not and I defended the girl and at that point I had to walk out. Am I going to eat this sandwich? No! It's not what I wanted. Or asked for. What business does this? My point is that she should have been courteous to say, hey let me make you what you want I made the wrong one. Not argue like I gave her the wrong order, or someone wrote it down wrong. I even pointed to it on the menu when I ordered it. !!! Unreal! With no more time to waste, I had to get in my car and go back to work. And pretty much lost 11 bucks, gas, and I'm starving and have to wait till after work to eat. That is just ridiculous!!! Catering 23 people next week. Surely...

But let's get to the real star of the show: the pastrami Reuben. This sandwich is an absolute masterpiece, featuring the perfect blend of savory pastrami, tangy sauerkraut, and creamy Thousand Island dressing, all sandwiched between two slices of perfectly toasted rye bread. The pastrami is cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of tenderness and smokiness to really make your taste buds sing. And the sauerkraut and dressing add just the right amount of zing to make each bite a truly unforgettable experience.
But the pastrami Reuben is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the menu at this deli. They offer a wide variety of other sandwiches, as well as salads, soups, and sides, all made with the same attention to detail that makes the pastrami Reuben such a standout. And if you're looking for something a little sweeter to finish off your meal, be sure to try one of their delicious desserts.
Overall, I can't recommend this deli highly enough. The staff is amazing and the food is simply out of this world. If you're in the area and looking for a great deli experience, do yourself a favor and stop by – you won't be...
Read moreMy fiance was over charged two different times and when he noticed that his bank statement was different than his receipts he went up there to talk to the owner and figure it out with his bank on the phone because they do not charge him fees and hes been to Stacys on multiple other occasions and was never charged more. The owner gets on the phone and starts yelling at the bank people about are you even in the US or are you in Afghanistan? She told him she wasnt giving him the money extra he was charged so he left and posted a bad review on their FB page. Then and only then did she want to act like she cared and it wasn't about him being over charged it was her posting his receipts and not acknowledging the fact someone could have went on there and added a tip. I understand defending yourself your business and your employees but you still need to learn how to treat people and no matter how good or bad your food is you need to act like you care when your customers have an issue. The owner says shes been in this business 34 years but acts like she started yesterday treating people like they are liers and she has better things to do then worry about them being over charged for a sandwich at her establishment so if you eat here you may have some good food or you may have the owner yell racist things and call you a...
