Call to order my driver a pizza the freedom location. Called three minutes later to add a 2 L to my order was told that they cannot find my order that it must of been out for delivery. So I ask the associate so who charge my credit card if you don’t have a order how could you assume that my Pizza is out for delivery?? she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to speak to a manager I said sure. Mind you not once have I gave an attitude to anyone I’m a professional I own my own business and I do not treat people the way I do not want to be treated. When the so-called manager gets on the phone the first thing she says is what’s the phone number on the order just by her tone, you can hear she was bothered and overwhelmed! Very ratchet attitude! I say good evening who am I speaking with? The so called manager response what is the telephone number on the order? So again I ask who am I speaking with the so-called manager response was I do not have to tell you that! In a very polite way ask her do you know how unprofessional you sound right now speaking to a customer? Her response was what! I ask again do you know how unprofessional right now you sound speaking to a customer? I said do not worry about it. I will take care of this myself. I called corporate right away and put in a complaint. Horrible customer service, all around unprofessional and very very ghetto manager. I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to such a ghetto manager in my life. I could only imagine how careless they are with the food there. Needless to say, we would never be ordering from here again. They can offer me free food and they can stay with it. Because if I’m coming off to you politely, there is no reason you should come at me with a ghetto nasty attitude. If that’s the type of so-called manager, they have running that store. I don’t see it lasting very long! and to tell me, she doesn’t have to give me her name when she knows damn well when a customer ask for a name they have to give them a name. I don’t care if it’s a fake name you cannot deny a customer your name! And I’m sure I’m not the first one to complain about this one lady. My phone call was between 9 and 9:15 PM tonight November 17 so whoever was working at this time it’s gonna drown that location! I advise you get somebody with customer service experience. Who’s happy to serve your customers that are paying them. if I would’ve looked at the reviews that are only a 2.8 out of five I would have never ordered from here. And if corporate sees that this location is only a 2.8 you were think they would wanna put employees in there that are going to bring that location up to the 2.8 is very very low for being Pizza Hut! Read moreI work for a hospital system and we decided to order the buy 1 pizza and get the other pizza free deal on Tuesday for a Friday event. My coworker and I were told that we could place the order on Tuesday and they would just charge her card on Friday. Today I came in to get my pizza, it was rung up and the lady told me the remaining balance was $27. Me thinking that my coworker forgot to pay the balance, I just stuck my card in to pay. After paying the balance and then looking at my receipt the order was $78?!! I was confused because the order was $44 with the deal. A manager was called from the back and I explained the situation and she was very nasty!!!! First off, she asked me...."Why would you pay for something if it's not the correct amount?!" Excuse me!!!! I told her that I thought my coworker had not paid everything until I saw the full balance and how much it was. This manager also said that you can not get the Tuesday deal if you pay on Friday....which that was not what the other manager (Marcus) told us. The dispute was ended with her giving me a $25 credit for pizza instead of refunding my money back on my card even after she spoke to Marcus. Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered delivery from here and the time of delivery was changed at first then we got a message saying our order was canceled! We didn't cancel our order so my husband and I called the location and the rude, nasty, so-called manager said she didn't know what happened to our order at first then a few minutes later she said it was still in the hot box 2 hours after we ordered it and said she could have it delivered and it would be 55 more minutes. We had already waited over 2 hours and our kids were hungry so I told her we aren't waiting another hour for our food especially for them to send the same pizza that has been in the hot box drying up for 2 hours and asked for our refund. The manager got a nasty attitude and hung up on me. I called back and then was told my refund would be processed once the store closes which I questioned her about because it didn't sound right...how is a refund processed if the store is closed??! I asked her what her name was and she said "I don't have to give you my name." Almost a week went by and no refund was ever received so I called back and spoke to a different rude manager that claimed we reordered the pizza which was a lie and said they would research it and call me back. Another week passed and no phone call, no refund from them, no nothing so I disputed the charge through my bank and got my money back that they stole.
