Taco Bell — Restaurant in Charlotte

This Taco Bell has a major issue. It is close to my wife's work so we would really like to order from them often but this is issue needs to be resolved before we ever go there again.

What is it?

They have stale, rancid products. Not everything... but the things we really want. You have a 50-50 chance of getting rancid tasting cinammon twists here. I've never experienced this at any other Taco Bell. They are either being supplied rancid product, have a storage problem or maybe its in the oil? I think its one if the first two because I have also gotten rancid taco shells from them (not very often) and even with the brand new re-issue Mexican Pizzas they somehow have come up with rancid shells (the tops and bottoms)(about 33% of the time).This is a health hazard and a pretty horrible dining experience. They taste like the shells are from before mexican pizza was discontinued.

I haven't had this experience with any of the other ingredients at this Taco Bell but to be fair I don't order many other types of food there so its certainly possible other items are affected. It all seems to be hard products. For example, soft wrap products like soft tacos and burritos have been fine every time. To be perfectly clear, I have rarely but sometimes gotten dodgy cinnamon twists at other Taco Bells for other reasons but never rancid. And I have never had rancid hard tacos or mexucan pizzas anywhere else. Its definitely this store...

Came through the drive-thru of Taco Bell last night at 11:22 pm just to grab something real quick because it was late and one of the only places open. All I ordered was a crunchwrap supreme with no sour cream or tomatoes. What I got was honestly embarrassing and a waste of my money. There was barely any lettuce in it and barely any meat and it looked like it had been stepped on. A three-year-old could have done a better job at making the taco I wanted then they did. I was never asked what kind of sauces I wanted with my taco and after the guy at the drive-thru shut the window I had to try and get his attention to ask him for some and when he grabbed them he pretty much just threw them in my hand and shut the glass with an attitude even when I apologized that I forgot to tell him what sauce I wanted and said thank you after he handed it to me. I normally stay away from this Taco Bell because every time I go there there are issues with my food I haven't been in almost a year but decided to stop tonight with hopes that maybe they weren't as bad as they used to be but I was wrong. I didn't even eat what I bought, I will never go back to this Taco Bell and I feel bad for anyone who chooses to go here to eat. Definitely do not recommend. If I could give them negative...

Ohhh mannnn. Long story huge waste of time and money. Waited in drive thru from 8:30 to 9:10. I watch one employee carry a bag of food across the parking lot in the dark and cold to exchange food for a drink from Dunkin’ Donuts lol crazy work. While the line sat and waited and went nowhere. Then finally get to the window wait another ten minutes get handed food in a nasty greasy clear bag I check my kids nachos they only have meat and cheese. Now already once your in their drive thru you cnt exit if there are cars in front and back of you. So to have waited all that time and they still couldn’t even get the food together properly. So I ask the same girl at the window for a refund as I inform her I’ve been here waiting since she went across the parking lot for whatever drink. She then says that the manager sent her to do that. I ask for a manager and a refund. I give all the food back. Manager nastily says I have to go through the app. Then ask her for a number to corporate or a manger above her. She say no and slams the window.
