long story shortish went to pick up a order it ends up placing for the next day opening time, iâm not a dummy and am technologically inclined so for it to do that and not even say âARE YOU SUREâNOTSAME DAY ORDERâ type of situation but no it places and me and the employees plus manager doesnât know whatâs going on till i realize itâs for tomorrow! from the managers mouth he says âim beatâ and nothing i can do but pick it up in the morning, lets be realistic ppl have plans or a million other things like who eats zaxbys for breakfast. anyways i cant find the way to refund the order after leaving upset beside calling so i do manager tells me wait 15- 20 as they are busy but it doesnât cancel till afternoon next day almost. and on top of that i contact almost 3 different ways of support, to even get reached out to on imessage to only be made a mockery of when i explain the situation and gets asked/told, youâve been refunded what the problem. after listing multiple problemsâŚ. so i respond respectfully ofc but emphasising im honestly offended you basically ignored everything i said. and itâs a sum of the service here. iâve worked the industry almost a decade for them. to not be able to give me my order and just say order complete for in morning was so easy but no this happens. take your...
   Read moreI visited this Zaxbyâs location and was extremely disappointed. My foodâspecifically, the bunâwas hard as a rock, completely inedible. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and instead of receiving help or understanding, I was met with pure attitude. One woman claimed to be the owner and spoke to me in an unprofessional, disrespectful manner.
This is unacceptable behavior from any employeeâespecially someone claiming ownership. The overall service was poor, the environment felt unclean, and the staff lacked basic courtesy. I left and went to Chick-fil-A, where I was treated with respect and received the service I expect when spending my money.
Zaxbyâs corporate should take a serious look at this location. If this is how customers are treated, it reflects horribly on the brand. I will not be returning, and I sincerely hope corrective...

However, look at your total before you pay. Can someone tell me WHY their 5 wings/3 chicken finger dinner reads $13.98 on the reader board but the cashier rings it up at $14.98.
