I was beyond excited to introduce a friend to what I thought was a local gem, but what we experienced was nothing short of a nightmare. The food was so shockingly bad that we couldn't bring ourselves to take more than a bite. The pizza was soggy, flavorless, and resembled something you'd find in a school cafeteria dumpster. To make matters worse, the staff appeared to be high, and the whole place smelled like pot.
Adding insult to injury, the host, who was supposed to be managing the front of the house, was lounging at a booth with friends, openly drinking. It was incredibly unprofessional and gave the impression that customer service is not a priority at this establishment.
I am appalled by the lack of respect for customers and the total disregard for food quality. I will be disputing the charge for this meal on my credit card, as it was inedible and a complete waste of money. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place...
Read moreService was great. We sat outside in 50degree weather because of Covid restrictions but the propane heater was just fine. The waitress was great, she checked up juat enough and had our food and drinks ready quick. Not sure if it was the owner or manager who was there to help but he was very nice and got the propane heater up and working for us when we were seated. The patio is very nice and well lit and some people bear us had a small dog who was well behaved that the waitress brought out a water bowl for. I am eager to go back. The pizza was delicious. I'm not even a real big fan of thin crust but somehow they loaded up this this crust so it was reminiscent of Chicago style pizza in flavor depth and profile. And it was still very filling. I highly recommend. Even if you have to get take out because everything is closed down this place is well worth the trip out in the cold to grab your food. And you can easily order...
Read morePizza is great but went on a Monday @4PM and the establishment was closed with nobody inside (chairs still up, lights off, no one picking up our calls, etc.). The website hours for the Elliewood location indicate that it should have opened at 3pm for Monday's hours, but clearly it did not. There was no sign around to update the change and we waited for ~10 minutes in case someone would open, but there wasn't anyone nearby. We even paid for parking at the nearby lot but obviously could not be refunded. Disappointed because the food is usually great, but the hours as indicated on the website are not consistent, as they opened more than...
