Literally just ordered store #4243 I’m glad I was here to glance at pizza before driving off. 2nd time our thin crust was burnt. Took back inside opened the box and the guy at the counter who clearly was frustrated said “What’s wrong with it?” Picked up tongs and said “ It’s not burnt on the bottom it’s gonna come out like this every time” I politely told him please check out history we order the same thing every time it doesn’t be burnt like this only this time and the last and the last time was WAY worst. Shockingly his next response was “ Well she made it and pointed to the manger”. Followed by “ So what would you like me to do?” The manger seemly busy stopped what she was doing and stepped over looked at the pizza and said” I apologize I don’t know WHY our oven has been BURNING. the thin crust like this our General Manger is on His way’” At this point from my guys response I feel like I need to watch my food be if they can 🙄 First when going back into any establishment concerning your order that you paid your hard earned money for one should never feel like they are wrong or someone might do something to your food 😩 I say alllll that to say if your grabbing something for lunch it might be better just to pack at least you know what your getting and if you don’t like it be mad at yourself. Read moreI had to give a star the only reason they got one. I’ve ordered here many times with no issues. Last night we ordered and ACCIDENTALLY forgot the letter to our unit in the address. No big deal since it’s a townhome and only 2 sides. I received a call. Explained which was ours. Remind you we asked for contactless delivery. The driver still wanted me to come sign for the pizza that was paid for The drive Saded I believe was his name, started fussing and lecturing me about not having the lette in the address. I apologized AGAIN. Then I was fussed at because my neighbor looked at him and didn’t open the door. By the time he got to how I was causing him to miss his money I had enough. I have NEVER had a delivery driver or anyone come to my house and be so disrespectful. Needless to say I told him exactly what I though about how he talked to me and the fact I’m a female dealing with this rude and aggressive “man” at night by myself until my fiancé heard the situation and had to come and tell him he needed to leave or we would call the police. I called the 5th street location and informed them everything that had happened. I could tell nothing would be done by the reaction to the THREE people I had to tell the incident to. The food has made my stomach sick two or three times within the last year from this specific location, but it doesn't happen at other Domino's I've been to. I've ordered from this store several times since moving to Eagle's Landing, and the experiences are worse and worse. The last two orders they have gotten my order wrong. The first time was understandable because accidents happen. Last night I ordered again, and half of my order didn't arrive. I told the delivery guy, and he apologized and told me he would be back in ten minutes with the salad. He never came back and I received no calls from the store. The pizza was cold because the pizza tracker showed it was sitting in 'quality control' for about 10 or 15 minutes. Needless to say, I'm ordering one more time to use up the free pizza credit they issued from the original mistake, but I definitely would say OrderUP a pizza from somewhere else or a different Domino's location. The food providers in this particular shopping center aren't so great. To add, I did speak with management today. He apologized and offered to have someone deliver a make up salad today.
