Went in at 8:35PM on a Wednesday night. The staff was already well into cleaning up for closing (at 9pm). Two people behind the counter. The one on the ice cream side was helpful in taking and preparing my son's order. The cashier on the donut side, however, wandered off to have a lengthy conversation with some friends of theirs who came in after us. The drive thru cashier was busy taking and making orders but never acknowledged me standing there. After about 10 minutes another employee came out from the back talking on her phone. Almost as an afterthought she noticed me and asked if I'd been helped. When I replied no, she finally took my order. After all of that, the donuts were old and stale. Read moreAs you can see, my time stamp is before 9. The doors were locked around 8:30. In the drive thru, the girl pretended like she didn't have any door dash order. Then switched up her lie by saying they were out of most of the donuts on my customers door dash order. Told us to tell the customer if they aren't satisfied, they can take it up with door dash. They don't care about anything and close early all the time. The little girl working tonight had a nasty attitude with all of this. I will personally stick with Krispy Creame and Cold Stone Creamery for appropriate service and respectful attitudes they display consistently . Ya'll may wanna let the little girl go and get you employees that aren't incomp8tent and bad for business....
Read moreWent in on a Saturday morning and was unable to place an order due to low staffing (per the staff). Only 3 staff members available and they were extremely busy between drive thru, lobby and mobile orders. Staff was very honest and told everyone they could not tell us how long it would be before we could get service. Went back on Monday and now there was 4 people (that I could see) and it wasn’t quite as busy! I was told the same thing because the opener didn’t show up! All of this means this location is lacking leadership! Management needs to either give them more help or get in there and help the staff! Bottom line!
