Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

There is some cosmic law that makes Taco Bell’s either awesome or just awful depending which location you go to. This is the very good kind of Taco Bell with the helpful manager who actually gives ** and it shows. It’s the polar opposite of the one by barracks road which while closer is so bad I drive half an hour further to go here so that it does not ruin my day. The staff are are all unhappy at barracks road, at this place they seem to get along and your food comes instantly. I waited at the Taco Bell at barracks for the rudest manager for 20 minutes never got anyone’s attention to order the taco my child wanted. We left and came to this location. I watched Brian kindly struggle with an obstinate redneck who wanted to make his own menu with grace and poise. During the chaos of the redneck caused I got a soft versus a hard taco and you would think they switched my child at birth with how apologetic they were. The manager was awesome at talking the crazy guy off the cieling and Ashley the sweetest person ever made everyone laugh and somehow diffused crazy guy without anybody leaving upset. Skills. Ashley is just the opposite of a McDonald’s employee who spitefully takes your order with a grudge. She was smiling and patiently taking my 6 year olds order despite he changing her mind 50000 times. Love it, makes my day. This is a happy place Taco Bell with the not icky people do not use the other two in town unless you want to wait half an hour to order and you want to feel like you are putting staff out. Good stuff at this one though, exact opposite. give that manager a raise and have her go train ‘John’ at barracks rd on how to treat your staff...

Tremendous tremendous staff I've been coming to this awesome taco Bell for starting my second year great great staff they've done wonderful work during the covid-19 pandemic the window associate / cashier Melanie she was awesome awesome this staff is wonderful wonderful and I love their sense of humor they're always cordial nice people good food just enjoyed a wonderful wonderful burrito supreme probably had too much about to do I should have gotten the iced tea but a large mountain dew luckily there was enough ice in there too much sugar and I'm flying off the wall I'm already high on life I love life I have a zest for life I got to remember I got to stay off the sugar I get high on life I love people and I recommend everybody go to taco Bell this wonderful wonderful location in beautiful beautiful historical Charlottesville Virginia now if you go down Seminole there's another great taco Bell Charlottesville has some great great taco bells tell them Mark sent you tell him the goat man sent you I don't have goats anymore but I'll tell you what I got to shave cuz I kind of look like a goat that's a joke don't you know...

I've been to lots of different Taco Bells and this is one of my favorites! They always make the food perfect without skimping on the cheese! And I asked for lots of hot sauce and got a huge handful! Love that, other places have given me two. That's never enough! Thanks guys for always coming through when I'm in a food mood!

Ok. So an unfortunate update. A year later and I guess different staff because this is the fourth time I've come here in maybe 6 months and have been disappointed. Each time I have the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were not paying attention(got the wrong food) or maybe they were low on supplies( nothing in my taco) but this time I gotta say something. I got my favorite 5 layer beefy burrito and it came with only beef and beans in it. Very disappointing. I even looked online to make sure what was supposed to be in it and nope, didn't look like that. The top is what I got, second is what it's supposed to be.
