This is the 2nd visit to Noodle and Co recently and have overall been disappointed. At the specific location there is a tight notes hanging on the door stating that due to staffing issues they are no longer doing dine in “for the time being “ well I am a paramedic and work 24 hour shifts and sometimes it’s difficult for us to get the time to eat. So we order online and in both situation when we picked up our orders there were no napkins or forks included with the order. now keep in mind if you order online which is the only way they are at excepting orders at this time when the food is ready they put your name on the bag and put it on a table that is placed directly in front of the front doors. There is no one there monitoring the food or ensuring that the proper order goes to the proper person. Today myself and my partner both ordered food here again. He had even ordered his online before I ordered mine, however when we showed up my order was ready and his first not. after further discussion with the staff apparently they had made the order and someone had taken his order. So we had to sit and wait another 15 minutes for his order to be remade. He said that the attitude of the staff was not very nice. And again today they were the napkins forks With our orders. When I got out of our ambulance and went to the door I literally had to wait about five minutes for her to bring an order to the door to ask for forks napkins and sugar. When I asked for these items she looked at me as if she was not really listening never said anything at all and just turned around and walked away. After a couple minutes she returned to the door with three forks, five napkins and two packs of sugar. again she never said anything she had no name tag so I’m unaware of the employees name and just turned around and walked away. Never apologized for any inconvenience that his food was taken by someone who was not the individual who placed the order. It was a very poor experience and disheartening to think that this type of service continues at this location. I certainly hope corporate will look into the matter and try to fix the employee...
Read moreBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD! FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE! So my sister and I are out of town and we wanted to pick up food before heading back home so we ordered Noodles and Co online for the first time. We pulled into the shopping plaza and we got a flat tire. I came inside Noodles to grab the food and asked the woman associate if there was an auto repair shop nearby. She not only told me of a few close, but went outside with another associate and looked in their cars for a jack. At this time (3-4pm) it’s about 98 degrees or so and they both used a break in between orders to try to help. I was so appreciative that I wasn’t just pointed to a shop but having people actively helping me. The woman associate found a jack minus the handle and the man associate gave us a tire jack. I was offered a few drinks and being treated so nicely. I wish I had asked for their names, but I couldn’t thank them enough. (We ended up having a tow truck help with roadside assistance and then drove to a repair shop for a new tire). But I was touched by the customer service that extended to this as well as making this experience so great. AND the biggest part of it all was that the food was amazing. We did eat it about an hour after we ordered due to the small window we had to get this tire fixed (all shops closed at 5 or 6pm) but the food stayed warm the whole time. I ordered the Penne Rosa and my sister ordered the BBQ pork Mac. My Penne was perfect with the al dente pasta and spicy sauce and the pork Mac was fantastic with the sweet barbecue sauced pork and creamy Mac. I’m not only going to come back because of the staff that went above all but also because this food was genuinely so freaking tasty. Thank...
Read moreThis is one of a handful of "fast food" restaurants that I will eat at. I really try not to eat any fast foods, unless I'm on a road trip. Noodles and Company has pretty good options. Some of their choices are healthy. They have all the nutrition information of their dishes posted so you can see what's in the food. I really appreciate that. Our family really likes their beef stroganoff, and their mac and cheese. I make a really wonderful homemade mac and cheese so it has to be pretty special for us to order it at a restaurant. The service is pretty fast, it's cafeteria style, so you order your food at the counter and then they bring it to you at your table. It's a good place to eat if you're out shopping and need to grab a quick bite. The employees are hit and miss. We've had really nice people help us there, and we've had a couple of grouchy folks. I guess that can be said about a lot of restaurants. I used to be a server/bartender so I know the restaurant business pretty well. I treat all people in the service industry the way I want to be treated. It can be frustrating when I'm being as understanding and sweet as I can be and that's met with someone being grumpy. We're all humans and we all have bad days, and I understand that. I do recommend Noodles and Company for a...
