I placed an order for an item that was posted on the website for a specific price and the next day I noticed it was refunded with no phone call and or no email letting me know. This “boutique” had priced the item wrong and wasn’t going to grant me that price listed. I had to call them and Susan acted like it was my fault the item was priced wrong but offered me 10% off that order but with the correct price. She was extremely rude and not professional!
