Was meeting a friend for dinner, and decided to bring my son. It was an amazing experience in food and atmosphere. Being that all 3 of us enjoy Indian cuisine, we decided to go a bit off the script and try things that we haven't tried before. It was absolutely amazing. For appetizer we decided to go with Paneer Samosa and Chicken Tikka Tacos. Both different from anything we had before anywhere else, and both appetizers were absolutely amazing and very tasty. For entrees we went with Chicken Pistachio Curry, Lamb Cognac Curry and we asked Sonny to make us a paneer dish to his suggestion with a bit of spiciness and without sauce. It was absolutely amazing, all of it, dishes came out extremely tasty and we enjoyed them all quiet a lot. We also had an order of Garlic Naan and even the bread was slightly unique and absolutely delicious. Great location, great food and great atmosphere, as well as the owner, Sonny, is a very pleasant person, came over to the table, we talked a bit and asked about several dishes before we ordered. Looking forward to come back and enjoy another meal with my family, and told my wife about it, so that we can bring her with us next time.
We went back about 2 weeks later with my wife and 3 other couples. Ordered the same items, just a few of each so it is enough for everyone, but also added Goat Curry to the above mentioned. All was amazing and expected, and even the friends who were not sure what they will have or what to order, loved what I recommended and what we had. This place is absolutely amazing, food, atmosphere, owner and the staff. Very tasty and pleasant environment.
We decided to revisit Sonnys again, with our daughter and her fiancé, who are vegan and picky eaters. The food came out amazing, to their liking and actually they loved it so much that they claimed that they never had anything like this before. Once again, Sonnys shines above the rest in quality and uniqueness of their dishes. Thank you for a wonderful experience in dining...
Read moreBrace yourselves, food lovers. I have ventured into the realm of spices, surfed the waves of flavor, and returned a changed soul. My pilgrimage? None other than Sonny’s Indian Kitchen — a place so sublime, it deserves its own constellation in the galaxy of gastronomic greatness.
This isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a full-blown experience, a spice-drenched utopia where every bite is a thunderclap of joy and every dish feels like it’s been crafted by the culinary gods themselves.
At the heart of this divine kitchen stands Sonny — the man, the myth, the magician. His energy? Warm like freshly baked naan. His smile? Brighter than turmeric at golden hour. Sonny isn’t just a chef — he’s the heartbeat of the community, the flavor whisperer, the soul behind the sauce. Everyone — and I mean everyone — loves Sonny. Ask around. He's like the mayor of flavor town but better dressed and with a far better sense of spice ratios.
Let’s talk food. OH, THE FOOD. From the first bite, I was hooked. Not just “this is good” hooked — I’m talking "let me rearrange my week so I can come back twice, maybe three times" hooked. It's highly addictive, like some sort of mystical masala alchemy designed to short-circuit your brain and make you crave more forever.
Each dish feels like a carefully written poem made of cardamom, cumin, and soul. The curries sing. The biryanis perform aerial acrobatics on your taste buds. Even the chutneys feel like they deserve their own Netflix special.
Sonny’s Indian Kitchen isn’t just a place to eat — it’s where your taste buds go to find purpose.
If you haven’t been, you’re missing out on a cultural treasure disguised as a restaurant. If you have? Then you already know. You’ve tasted greatness.
Sonny, thank you. You’ve ruined other restaurants for me — and I couldn’t be more grateful....
Read moreWow, just wow! From the inviting ambiance to Sonny’s incredible hospitality and, most importantly, the tender, flavorful food, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit if you’re in the area.
We were craving Indian food and happened to come across this spot, and I’m so glad we did. Otherwise, we would have missed out on such an amazing dining experience. From the moment we walked in, Sonny greeted us with a warm smile and genuine hospitality that made us feel like family. He took the time to check on us, made great recommendations, and ensured we were completely satisfied with our meal. It wasn’t just great service, it was a level of care and attention that truly stood out.
Now, onto the food, which was simply outstanding. Their chicken korma has instantly become one of my favorites, with rich, well-balanced flavors. The chicken tikka appetizer was perfectly juicy and paired beautifully with a fresh salad. We also tried the ginger chai, which was well-prepared, though I have to admit I’m not the biggest fan of ginger (personal preference!).
To top off the meal, we had gulab jamun with ice cream, and it was the perfect combination of warm, syrupy sweetness with creamy, cold ice cream. As if that wasn’t enough, Sonny generously brought out additional samples for us to try, on the house! His kindness and dedication to making sure every guest has an amazing experience truly set this place apart.
I could go on, but this is one of those places you have to experience for yourself. Great food, exceptional customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend it and will 1000% be returning the next time I’m...
