Food here is always good, service is good like 80% of the time, sometimes they give you your bag with the fries upside down or barely filling the fries, other times it's all gucci. That's all pretty standard for fast food. What is insanely BELOW standard is their HORRIBLE order speaker. The road noise is already very loud, but their speaker is muffled and quiet. It's clearly broken, and it has been for over a year. My guess is that the owner just won't invest in updating it, which is unfortunate because there are staff who are doing their best despite being given broken tools to do their jobs. To say you could tell she didn't want to be there is an understatement. She was exceptionally rude and does not have good customer service skills at all.
