Just look at this juicy, thick, lubious burger đ right here at Bad Daddys Burger bar in Chattanooga, TN. Gluten free buns so you can have any burger which I choice the grilled chicken with BBQ sauce, goude cheese which is rare at restaurants, fried egg on top with real maynaise, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, ketchup, on a gluten free bun. The side I had was fresh fruit and delicious. Even though the options are limited to burgers and salads it was really good. I would rather servers and business be up front about what I can or not have than have a reaction. My server made very sure I had a gluten free meal with exceptional experience. I ordered a strawberry Lemonade that came from the bar with real strawberry slices in my drink. That is pretty sweet. As I walked into the front door I saw to the left the check in desk to be greeted by a smile and asked how many in my party. I requested outside seating under the long canopy. She pleasantly made the accommodations happen. The inside of the restaurant is louder with sports TV's going on the latest games, people laughing having a good time at a table or the large bar to the right of the front door. Lots of cool things on the walls. Like a hood of a old Ford mustang, a lookouts sports jersey that would several minutes to look all over the store. My favorite was going into the men's restroom to see older icon woman on the walls like princess Leia from star Wars, Daisy Duke of the Dukes of Hazzard TV series from the 80's-90's. It was a man cave more than a restroom which was unique and cool to see. Then my food came đłthe burger was so tall my eyes đ grew big. Why cause I was not sure my mouth would fit to take a bite. As you can see from the pictures how yummy it looks and boy was it good. The juicy flavors getting all over my face so be prepared to have one of the many napkins given to you handy cause your going to need it for sure. The grilled chicken was double stacked tender and moist. The fried egg was cooked just right. The smoked goude cheese melted on top of the egg. It was all so good bite by bite. The second burger is beef, mushrooms, cheese with tater tots. I was told they were really good but the tots are not gluten free because they are not done in a dedicated frier. I would highly recommend this restaurant and the food is delicious with excellent quality, taste, and service. I love doing reviews in my home town when here because I travel all over this beautiful nation doing reviews the last two an a half years. Tell them I sent you and follow me as I travel...
   Read moreâ Extremely Disappointed!!
Our experience today was terrible from start to finish.
When we arrived, our 11-year old grandson told us that the last time he was here, a waitress told his mom to âstop her toddler (his baby sister) from crying.â That shouldâve been our first red flag. Have ya'll heard how LOUD this place already is??
When we sat down, the booth cushion was so worn out it felt like sitting in a hole. My husband asked the waitress (when she finally came around to getting our drink order) what their amber beer was, and instead of answering, the waitress just said they only had one and listed the sizes. I asked for a wine list, and she replied, âYou donât want our winesâthey arenât good.â Apparently, she gets to make that decision for me.
We both ordered medium-well burgers, and I asked for mine on a lettuce wrap. What we got were medium-RARE burgersâand my âwrapâ was literally just a patty stuck in the middle of a head of lettuce...not a wrap!
The waitress never checked on us. We even had to get up and find our own silverware...and we never got any drink refills. When we mentioned the issues, they offered 20% off the burger I didnât eat one bite of (and my husband only ate half of his). The manager came over and said they would only do 50% off my burger because âthe waitress checked on you and you didnât complain.â Not trueâshe never checked on us at all.
To make matters worse, the manager argued that our burgers were medium-well! In the end, they finally took my meal off the bill...but only because we refused to pay for it. By that point, the damage was done.
Between the poor service, bad food, and unprofessional management, we wonât be back. The manager seemed more interested in defending her staff than listening to her customers. NOT one time did either of them offer to replace it.
Check out the photosâthose are clearly medium-rare burgers (mine and half of my husbandâs). Maybe they need to better educate their cooks and managers on how to cook...
Read moreDid not have a good experience with service. Yes I had refills and food was good. Great burgers. Kind of pricey as no meals come with sides. My issue comes where our server barely talked to me and put her entire attention on my husband. (Cannot remember her name. Long brown hair working night shift. We stopped in around 7:40 and stayed about an hour) Complimenting him smelling good, complimenting His shirt, Apologizing for apparently keep touching his leg which he abruptly told her he didn't notice and scooted closer to me in the booth. He did not engage with her other than to politely thank her for noticing his shirt. His uninterest and him not reciprocating wasn't enough to stop or slow the advancements. Only after I signed the card and wrote in no tip did she try to iniate conversation with me (after she had looked at ticker signature). Plot twist girl im.the one that smells good and I do the finances and calculate tip.% based on service. I understand tips are the main source of income as i myself was a waitress for years. Ive worked bars, sports bars, graveyard shifts at wafflehouse and have never had to sexually harass a customer to make money. You keep it respectful to couples. Even as a previous waitress i will always tip based on service of waitress not kitchen..My husband went outside and left me with the card after her last advancement of inquiring on his activities after dinner. Will not be back as we just wanted dinner after an 8 hour driver and instead I was incredibly disrespected as the wife and my husband...
