Panda Express — Restaurant in Chattanooga

This is a brand new Panda Express on the outskirts of Hamilton Place Mall. It is very nicely designed. You can drive through, dine in or take out. The food was delicious 😋. Lunch time seems to be the right time. Its not overwhelming crowded for a new restaurant. The reasons are simple 🤔. There are a couple of other brands new restaurants in the area as well. This gives every customer a variety of choices. All of these restaurants are providing a good service as well. It's just a matter of what food options you guys have a taste for. Got it ? If you do eat here it's a New Building, Professional, Clean, Friendly, Great Customer Service. I Highly Recommend Chow Mein Orange Chicken , and Teriyaki Chicken. Then you can get your choices of veggies. Throw in some Veggies Spring Rolls. Thing, I like is you can build your own plate with your choices. It's almost like a buffet, 💪. You will certainly get more than enough. They have several other choices as well, along with your free refills traditional drinks 🥤. Panda Express is why our Senic City is one of the Most Popular Tourists Attractions in the World 🌎. We Welcome diversity eating different foods specializing in their own cuisine. It's surrounded by Hamilton Place Mall our largest shopping 🛍️🛍️ Center. There are Pizza Buffet, Asia restaurants, Mexican, German, Italian, and Brazilian, and others. There are Grocery Stores, Jewelry 💍💎 Stores, and Movie 🍿🎥 Theaters. Guess what else ? There are Upscale Hotels, and Apts. You guys are only 10 miles from the 💜 of tourism. This is our Famous Tn. Ok so Panda Express has always been my quick go to place. Good food and quick service. I have had this place rated a 5 for to long. Today and the last few times I've been this place has been slow and understaffed. The little girl working there today could care less about anyone in line. I stood there over 15 minutes in a very long line while she prepared 8-10 pickup plates. Everyone in line was irritated by it . Then when she started preparing the people's food that was in line she was both preparing food and taking cash/cards without changing gloves! After I saw this I almost left without food but I would have missed the best part. The guy in front of me didn't have a mask on. When he was up, she asked do you have a mask? He said nope. She said I can't serve you without a mask. He said well give me one, she said we don't have any. To cut the story short he left, livid. I left because I questioned her idea on being sanitary. The guy working beside her never put gloves on and handled everyone's food after she did. So I'm done with this location for a long time. So maybe this will slow their business so they can keep up. Today on 08/05/2019, Ben, the manager at Panda location 2046 told me today that their location does not allow the GEM discount on premium items. I was upset and expressed that I am from San Diego, Ca and every location out there has always given it. He said that locations are allowed to offer or not what they want.

The GEM discount is the 3rd item free when purchasing a 3 item plate and having completed the survey to achieve a valid code for the 3rd item to be free.

I asked if locations are franchised and he said yes there are some.

So if anyone has ever partaken in this and are getting refused, it is up to you but I shall not return if this is this locations stand. Ben the manager also said he doesn't have any district manager info as well so I can call. So if the district manager or owner sees this, feel free to respond so I can contact you to see where you stand otherwise as easy as I told others to eat there, I shall tell them the negate if they were coming and utilizing this as well.
