Probably my favorite basement brewery I've been to. These people really bring the underground to the brew. Got to chat for a while with the employee about all the crafting that goes in to making the beer, their vision, history. What I liked most is that they experiment until they reach perfection in their taste buds. So you'll find different versions of beer here if they're still experimenting which I think is awesome, aside from their standing test-of-time beer already good. What impressed me most though was the new recipes they were trying out with customers, which really added value in my opinion.
