Mad Knight Brewing Company — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Probably my favorite basement brewery I've been to. These people really bring the underground to the brew. Got to chat for a while with the employee about all the crafting that goes in to making the beer, their vision, history. What I liked most is that they experiment until they reach perfection in their taste buds. So you'll find different versions of beer here if they're still experimenting which I think is awesome, aside from their standing test-of-time beer already good. What impressed me most though was the new recipes they were trying out with customers, which really added value in my opinion. Instead of keeping it to themselves, they allow customers to try out their up and coming recipes. My favorite's here were Seazon, Motley, and the Honey Ale. But you can't go wrong with any of...

Hard to locate, but you will be rewarded when doing so (walk down the gravel driveway, or drive it if need be).
