Crumbl — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I'm not even going to pretend to review the taste or quality of Crumbl Cookies. Let's be real, I'm only writing this to rub it in my coworker's face. You see, I convinced her that these cookies are the perfect "pick-me-up" to get her through the afternoon slump. I mean, who wouldn't want a box of 3 soft, chewy, delicious cookies delivered to their desk every day?

What I didn't mention to her is that each cookie is a whopping 800 calories. Yes, you read that right. 800. Calories. Per. Cookie. I'm talking a daily total of 2,400 calories just from these bad boys. And let me tell you, she has no idea.

The best part? She's been complaining about not being able to fit into her jeans lately, and I've been "helpfully" suggesting she hit the gym for an extra hour or two each day. Little does she know, those 2 hours are basically just burning off the calories from these cookies. I mean, it's not like she's actually getting any healthier.

I've been watching her devour these cookies every day, completely oblivious to the calorie bomb she's consuming. It's like watching a train wreck in slow motion - you know it's going to end badly, but you can't look away.

So, Crumbl Cookies, thank you for providing the perfect ammunition for my coworker trolling. You've made my day, every day, for the past week. Keep those cookies coming, and I'll keep "encouraging" my...

Definitely not pleased at this location. I placed an online pick up order for a 12 ct mini and a 4 pack crumbl order. When I arrived to pick up my order, I checked in with my phone.

The crumbl employee began selecting the cookies I had for my order and upon doing so 2 of the cookies "strawberry cake" she states "we are out" is there something else you want. She never offered to make it, just that they were out I was baffled and annoyed because how can you not have a pre paid order ready for pick-up. So then I tell her to just add 2 of the regular chocolate chip cookies and guess what, she has to cook those as she didn't have enough for the original order and the substitution!

For something that should have been in and out, I watched the employee use the same gloves she scrolled on the ipad to see what was on the cookies take her same hand and wipe it multiple times on her apron as well as dip her fingers in the toppings and use it to put it on the cookies.

I’ve been a fan of crumbl cookies long before they ever arrived in Chattanooga. It was a go/to spot for us in Nashville after school. My experience with the Chattanooga stores have been hit or miss. I do love the ease of delivery but I’ve had some problems with this service. First time I ordered delivery (a large order for a baby shower) several of the cookies amongst the 5 boxes were smooshed and the icing was smudged all over the top of the box lids so we couldn’t serve 6 of the cookies (the host still enjoyed them before guest arrived but nonetheless, when paying for a premium cookie you want it to be top notch) about 2 months later we ordered again and while enjoying one of the cookies my coworker pulled and intertwined long hair out of her mouth/the cookie. Needles to say, we couldn’t really enjoy the rest of the box. I realize these are all mishaps that happen from time to time but I’ve yet to hit a home run with my experience.
