I'll be as genuinely straightforward and real as possible when it comes to this place okay now I know every place is different but I've had and I do know what good quality customer service is like and I see that with this place and see I'm echoing the sentiments and just the observation of what one of your customers had to say about this place when they spoke about the language that was used you know and how these some of these employees you know act at their restaurant let me just say this That was my first time ever frequenting and coming to that dislocation okay and I was just trying to stop somewhere after having been on the road traveling from pigeon forge/gatlinburg Tennessee okay after spending a nice no family outing vacation with other relatives and family members coming from pigeon forge and we happen to stop here to grab some breakfast I have never and and let me say that again I have never ever in my life been to the establishment where the customer service was so damn poor and horrible to the point where and not to mention there's no way in on God's Green Earth that the people who supposed to be responsible for taking and making sure that that lobby is clean The tables are wiped down The seats and everything is wiped out where the lobby is clean.
They supposed to have somebody come out on in that lobby area and check & see every like probably or 15 minutes something to that effect & see if everything is okay , to see if the customers in the lobby area are alright and see if they need anything etc
But the entire time that me and my family member there but my other family members they went across the street to get something to eat somewhere else and I think that after the horrible experience that we went through at this location we should have followed them to go somewhere else because I have never been to an establishment and had such a really messed up totally unprofessional customer service to the point where "let's just say I can't even rate this place in stars as far as the rating goes for this place, because it's just that damn bad š
You can't even rate this place it's that bad the service here is ridiculously horrible , I'm going to put it to you this way if I was the regional manager or if I was a person they sent from Jack's corporate headquarters office to go around and assess all the Jack's locations as a mystery customer & observing how those people here at this Jack's location you can tell they've been working here for a probably a couple years to where they comfortable and got complacent & they got comfortable a with their position I mean from the management that's there to some of the employees that's there you might as well go to a convenience store on the corner around some little random neighborhood and you probably would be better service.
the way that they was talking loud joking around cussing & carrying all look I understand there's nothing wrong with talking amongst you you sell your coworkers and everything laughing and joking or whatever but when you know you got customers out in the lobby and then not to mention there was some people in there that had came in there with kids and also you had like a older couples up in there trying to enjoy their breakfast the way that those people is in there in that kitchen area carrying on and talking about and talking the way they were talking to each other was ridiculous okay I mean you thought you was like in the hood in the hood and I grew up in the hood born and raised but that don't mean that you got to carry yourself and talk that way when you are dealing with the public because you don't know who know who and you don't know who that person is or who they're connected to that's coming up in your establishment but for them to talk the way they was talking and the way that there was carrying on bottom line overall at the end of the day the customer service...

I honestly don't want to do this but the last time I commented and gave a review they wrote back and said to give Jack's another try, well guess what? I did. And I got food poisoning. First off, the sauce on the burger that I got was like a spicy ketchup and mustard mix, not sure if that is a signature sauce or what but it smelled funny but what is worse is the burger tasted weird & smelled funny. We only stopped her because we had to use the bathroom. My experience was somewhat pleasant, the cashiers were friendly, the cook however was not, but the drink and fries were great but the burger is a whole other story. This is the second time I have had a bad experience and let's just say I will not be back. I am not one to complain about my food but I gave it another try and I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I will go to another Jack's from now on and hopefully not have a bad weekend of running back and forth to the bathroom. I hope that something else does not happen at this particular store. ad customer service. No one smiled or said thank you, come again. They also didn't give us a receipt and they didn't give me my drink either. I know they are busy sometimes but they weren't even busy and they were moving slower than my Grandmother does. Let me just say when working in drive through please have someone checking the orders to make sure they are accurate especially when you seemcto have a new person in drive through and they can be nervous. I don't appreciate an employee throwing a rolled-up floor mat onto the top of a garbage can near me when dust/debris can subsequently get airborne. I don't appreciate the garbage man's blaring rap music via his phone (some people go to work nowadays and think they're somehow entitled to wear headphones!!). I don't appreciate hearing employees cussing or some shrill-voiced cook laughing his head off over and over (it's annoying-- very). I also don't think that the associate rolling the mats washed her hands afterward, which is inexcusable, and if she were to, I wonder if she'd wash them properly, i.e. turning the spigots off with a paper towel. I hope that the owner takes these comments as a good owner should, and as I type, there's some associate carrying on very loudly and griping about something. P.S. I will add, though, that I did speak to the manager (she acted like a manager, anyway), and I appreciated her response. I had another concern, and the staff went the extra mile for me, which I was extremely pleased about. I like the setting of the restaurant as well, and the fireplace is a nice touch. The chicken was absolutely excellent and really, really hit the spot, and the biscuit was incredible also.
