Normally I'd rate this place a 10, as we eat here all the time, have never had any complaints, the food is always delicious, and we usually have good servers, but yesterday was unacceptable service. We had a waitress (young skinny girl with red hair and glasses, ChylaH/S is what was on my receipt), she got our drinks and took our appetizer order and said she'd be back to get the rest of our order, but instead she waited on the tables around us and forgot all about us. She talked for about 20 min to people right BEHIND us about what she makes an hr and how it's not enough, what her sister makes an hr where she works, how much she makes in tips, that she wants to go abroad after school, and if she doesn't do a good enough job and doesn't get a tip that yall will make her work harder, and on and on about random stuff while we patiently waited for her to come to our table when she was through with them. We assumed she'd be back over. I understand not wanting to be rude when youre talking to a customer, but you cant stand there so long you forget about the other customers, and thats exactly what she did. As soon as they left she immediately went and dealt with someone else that sat down in FRONT of us. So we were literally in the middle and she had to keep walking right by our table, but we couldn't even get her attention bc she wasnt paying attention. Luckily I got her to look long enough to ask for a straw bc I didn't get a straw and she immediately walked away. She didnt come back.
She didnt even bring us our appetizer, someone else did, someone else noticed our cups sitting on the side of the table waiting to be refilled so they refilled our cups, we finished our appetizer and rolls and our menus were STILL laying there waiting on the side of the table for 50 min before she decided to stop at our table and ask us if we needed anything else. Like, the menus not being taken away and empty cups should hahe been a clear sign that you hadnt taken our order yet. By this point we were done fed up and I just told her I'd get my food to go bc she never took our order and it was getting late and we were ready to go. She said im sorry thats my fault and took our order. She left and come back several min later and said she would give us a 10% military discount. I said thank you. She immediately left again and when she came back I said I had a thing on the app for a free appetizer I wanted to use. It covered up to $11.49 with a $25 purchase so I let her have the code. We got the queso and chips which was only $9.99 on their menu (yes its different and cheaper than what's on their app) so it would completely cover the appetizer for free. I had already redeemed my reward and closed the app when she walked away. She come back and said she already put in the military discount so she couldn't add two discounts in. I said well I already redeemed by reward. She said she'd talk to a manager to see what she could do. Still waiting for our food to be cooked at this point. Eventually we got our food and she brought a receipt back with both the military discount and the free appetizer on it. Our total was $71 and some change. We gave her our card and she come back with a receipt for $73.70 and the appetizer had been changed to say b-day app/dessert. So instead of me getting $9.99 discount for my appetizer and it being completely free with my reward code, I only got a $7.99 discount bc they changed it which caused me to have to pay more!! Yes, I noticed the change & all this is why you didnt get a tip. This was on 6/7/25. Time of receipt was 8:45pm TN time. Table 45. We were there well over an hr before we ever got our food, and we had to get it to go bc we couldn't sit around waiting any longer. We live in AL, food cold when we got home, and we didnt even get what should have been included for the baked potatos. Normally we are VERY generous tippers, and we ARE a frequent customer, but we were completely unhappy with the service we received & won't be back if this is how it is.Please try and do a better job and dont forget...

She’s worked there for a very long time and every interaction I’ve ever had with her has been extremely disappointing. I am appalled management has not done anything about the situation. I’ve had friends refuse to go to Logan’s while she’s on shift. Yesterday me and a good friend went for drinks and sat in a booth. She was the waitress, when I went to order I said I wanted cheese fries. She went to tell me they could not do cheese fries bc, “they were no longer on the menu.” Everytime I have came to this establishment she gives me a hard time. I mean cheese fries you guys, I asked for cheese fries. I said that was fine, not to worry about it. She then goes and gets the manager to come speak to my table (which I didn’t ask for, I was fine.) management comes over and asks what was going on… I was a little surprised bc it wasn’t a big deal, I’m use to this bartender being rude. Management said they could make cheese fries, no big deal. Cool. After said cheese fries come out, the bartender kept walking past my table staring me down like she was mad. Another waitress walked over realizing we were out of drinks and asked if we would like some more, we stated yes please. She then goes to the bartender and says they have no drinks, as bartender is walking by my table she looks at me while speaking to the waitress and says, “I don’t care.” I was like is this really happening right now. I was nothing but nice and understanding, never asked for a manager over cheese fries. I understand people have bad days, I can’t understand why she is like this every single time I’ve came in. I have a background of restaurant management so I’m a little confused why she’s not been talked to about her behavior toward paying guest. She acts like I am a burden every single time I’ve walked through the doors. I know I can’t be the only one to complain about her behavior. It’s unprofessional and she is intentionally deterring guests from wanting to come in this establishment. I spoke to management about the situation and explained this is every single time. No apologies and they acted like they didn’t care. Can you not get a friendly bartender that acts like she wants to be there. Read moreMy husband & I chose to enjoy a good meal after we had just purchased a new vehicle. We have been here a few times, although other visits there were oddities like grill issues, out of 1 item, etc... We were greeted promptly & seated. The noise of constantly moving tables & chairs was non-stop, as if they were moving/building them 🙉 The waitress, taking our order, told my husband she could not get him a coffee as he requested because their machine would not work. * There is a Walmart stones throw away to fix that problem, but they chose not to. As We waited for our meals, the NOISE seemed to get louder!!! Keep in mind there was ONLY 1 other couple at a table down our aisle, ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for the noise! We saw the other couple receive their order as we continued to WAIT. We had asked for another basket of rolls when we got our tea, BUT that basket NEVER arrived. As we noticed, the other couple was almost finished with their meal as we continued to WAIT, I made sure to watch activity in the kitchen since our table faced it. I saw SEVERAL staff just standing around adjusting their hair & talking, sometimes being handed a tray w/silverware and/or napkins etc... Saw our waitress, she avoided coming down our aisle, NEVER apologized for the noise nor the waiting! Our meal order was NOT that difficult. It was rather simple! My husband got up to speak with our waitress, and the other couple leaned over to share with me they have noticed we have not been served anything & they sincerely apologize. They as well shared with me their lackluster frustration as their waitress never returned to give them a basket of rolls or to even check in with them to see all was good. My husband told our waitress we wanted a check for the tea so we could leave and stop at McDonald's or Wendy's to finally eat. Keep in mind that by then, it was after 9 pm!!! My husband overheard the cook tell our waitress, geese their food is ready now, as our waitress rolled her eyes saying, tea is taken care of you can go. NO Apologies.
