Very negative experience two days in a row. On December 7, I stopped after work and ordered three crunchy tacos and pintos and cheese. I paid $6.51 but was not given a receipt. The food prep area was full of trainees. One of them handed me a bag with my order and I drove the five miles home. When I opened the bag, it was someone else’s order - not what I had ordered. I called immediately, the girl took my name and told me to come in. She said not only would they give me what I ordered but add two free items of my choice. It seemed reasonable so I stopped at the same location tonight, about 9:45 pm, explained the situation to the staff, who then found my name and re-did my order adding two free items. Had to wait 20 minutes in line to do this. Problem solved … right? Wrong! I got home, opened the bag and found the order messed up again. The three “crunchy tacos” were filled with refried beans - no meat and inedible. There was no pintos and cheese. One “free” item was a burrito supreme - again with beans only - no meat. The second “ free” item was Nachos Bell Grande - the only item that was correct. I plan to stop in tomorrow, December 9, and discuss these issues with the manager bringing the inedible tacos with me. I’ve ordered from this location dozens of times over the last several years but never had issues like this. What gives? If you’re out of meat, please be honest with customers and close for the evening. Don’t lie to us by substituting shoddy service and horrible product assuming we won’t react. We will! See...
Read moreI don't expect much from fast food except for maybe continuity of service. The first time I ordered the $5 cravings deal yesterday I thought they just forgot my chalupa. No big deal. I wasn't that hungry, and I wanted to get back to my father in the hospital. Today I went back to the same place, and asked for the $5 cravings deal to which I was asked "which one?" I said I didn't know they had more than one cravings deal. The person taking my order didn't reply to that, and just rang up the "classic cravings deal" that apparently lacks the chalupa. I just saw it was $5 plus tax so I pulled up. Upon receiving my order I noticed there was AGAIN no chalupa. I brought it up to the cashier, and just told me the "classic cravings deal" doesn't have a chalupa. The cashier seemed anxious, and I was getting a little hot so I drove off with my order. After a little bit of research it appears this location doesn't offer the $5 cravings deal with a chalupa. It would have been easier with a bit of transparency from the cashier, but honestly they might not have known. I try not to blame things on malice that can be blamed on ignorance. It is the people that run this location that has caused this incongruity in taco bell service most likely from greed. I will remember the poor experience, and avoid this place...
Read moreThis beautiful location is comfortable and clean with very helpful staff and great customer service. And for good reason! When you visit one of Taco Bell’s regional training locations you are sure to get the best The Bell has to offer!
PROTIP: The best way to get the most “bells and whistles” and Bang-For-Your-Buck on your order is to use the Self Service Kiosk at the entrance. Healthier options can be filtered by toggling the big GREEN V - for Veggie Mode. Which eliminates meat options from the entire menu! Then choose FRESCO to eliminate cheese and sour cream! NOTE: Some items that can be made 100% plant-based will disappear from the menu if you toggle the V. Better to choose fresco or the substitute drop down from each ingredient.
PROTIP: Tons of freebie add-ons can be accessed on the self-service Kiosk! Sauces, Onions, extra red sauce etc!
VEGAN PROTIP: Substitute Black beans for beef, add Jalapeño Peppers, Guacamole, Lettuce, Onions, Seasoned Rice and Extra Red Sauce to the Nachos Bell Grande! You’ll thank me!!
Fair warning, this location is still adhering to “pandemic hours” with the lobby closing early or being closed all together due to ongoing staff shortages. Drive Thru is...
