I don’t usually give bad reviews, but the blatant disorganization or downright capitalist tone of “We’ve got your money already, so you can just wait” was just completely disheartening today. I pre-ordered (over a week ago) and got an app’t for pick-up. I call today to make sure it’s okay to come a little before the window (trying to fit the HBH pick-up in w/ the grocery run before my mom’s helper leaves for the day). The kind (unhurried) man who answers the phone says sure, “we’ll be here until 8, no problem”. I ask again (b/c early can cause more logistical problems than late) but same answer. Ok, let’s go. I get there and there’s a line snaking out the door and down the shopping center. And I’m thinking surely these are the walk-ups, but oh no, it’s both, pre-paid and haven’t ordered yet. Then, and here’s the REAL kicker. One of the women who works at HBH starts getting the ppl who HAVEN’T paid yet out of line and they have a whole different register set aside for them, essentially sending them to the front of the line for not planning ahead and paying ahead of time. As it turns out, the lady who walked up behind me hasn’t ordered yet and she gets to go up to the front. She’s out in 30 mins and comes back to let us know the set up. Those of us who prepaid are stuck in line for 70 mins and the line continued to grow past me. The staff was really nice despite being slammed, but I wish I had known NOT to plan ahead 😏. Also, for anyone reading the sides are not made fresh, or to order. They are boxed and frozen. UPDATED: To top it all off, there were several shards of plastic in the cinnamon apples. 😔

This is the pre paid line at Honey Baked Ham for Thanksgiving, never again, they are taking in non pre paid customers and only have one register open for pre paid customers, exactly the opposite of last year, I will go to the Cleveland Store from now on. Update: Went to the Cleveland TN store for the Christmas Ham, in and out in 15 Minutes no problem at all, Just FYI

Preordered and paid for a ham for thanksgiving and arrive at my scheduled pickup time to have to wait in an hour and a half line mixed with prepaid and walk up customers. The Hoenselaar family should hire the chick fil a drive through consultant to improve order to customer delivery.

First let me say that for the last 5 years honey baked ham and turkey are all we eat for thanksgiving and christmas with no issues picking up...just left this place with no organization...we are always told call ahead of time and get reservation for ham and turkey or you will not be able to pick up...so every year we call, get reservation and take number with us with no problem...so tonight we take our reservation number in with us...the lady at the register says "oh we ran out of turkey you will have to wait till their ready" wait what about the reservation that I had to have? She says we give everyone a number and write it down in a book...so I'm confused if you take the numbers and write them down shouldn't we count how much food you need and have that much food? Also I understand one of the excuses is that one of the trucks broke down which is completely understandable but have your employees explain that and be more helpful to the onest that you put in a corner and ask to sit and wait for the turkeys your trying to get ready...another piece of advice is when you have a room full of people all waiting on the same thing have a list that you write names down on so other people that come in don't try and get theirs first...and have a manager put in the waiting area apologizing for the inconvenience....this will not be the last time we go to honey baked ham just hope the advice of better organization...

I placed an online order for 3 trays of sliders and 1 tray of ham and cheese biscuits. The 2 ham trays were ready, but I was told I’d have to wait 10 minutes for the remaining food. Why am I having to wait for food that should’ve been ready within the hour timeframe I chose? The store was not busy and had at least 6 employees (that I counted) standing around. This isn’t including employees in the back. So again…why wasn’t my order ready for pickup? We ended up waiting more like 15-20 minutes and one of the female employees got an attitude with my husband. She was very unprofessional and out of line. I’m glad I wasn’t at the counter to hear the exchange and was only told about it after we had left. I wish my husband would’ve gotten the female’s name, but I digress. At least the food was mostly good. The only complaint we had was the biscuits had literally 1 small piece of ham on them whereas the sliders had 2-3 pieces on them. So the biscuits were lacking in flavor. I certainly won’t be back to this location since employees are allowed to treat customers this way because I highly doubt my husband was the first person this woman has gotten an...
