UPDATE: DECEMBER 2024 Went again, gave it another try. Still dirty, overflowing trash, counters are mixed with dripped foods that for some reason no one can take a second to wipe. And for what ever reason, out of half their menu with 2+ hours to go. The person in front of me was disappointed and I can only think, "yes.. I know"

Come on chipotle, do better!

THIS CHIPOTLE DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING TOGETHER.

MANAGEMENT HERE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. THIS HAS BEEN FOINF ON FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS.

DRIVE TO ANOTHER ONE! DONT COME HERE!

They are always out of VEGGIES here! I have made 4 trips at random times of day and yes, once again, no veggies. And if its not just veggies , they are out of something else.

Lady got smart with me and said that when they run out that's it for the day, well if you know you still have 6 HOURS LEFT in your workday, why wouldn't you make more?!

Yet the drive through has it?

So I have to do an online order because they REFUSE to get some from there?! OR BETTER YET PREPARE PROPERLY AND MAKE MORE!

Plan to make more when you prep in the morning, or make more when you see you are low if there is still a considerable amount of time left in the day. We have all seen GOOD QUALITY CHIPOTLES MAKING FRESH FOODS THROUGH OUT THE DAY TO STAY STOCKED.. WHY IS THIS ONE DIFFERENT?

It's always something here, this time it was CASH ONLY.

AND WHAT A NASTY MESS. TALK ABOUT CROSS CONTAMINATION.

I really want chipotle last night so I had my husband go pick up some burritos for us. I was starving so I just began digging into my burrito. I was about halfway through when I bit into something sharp and hard and when I took it out, it was connected to chicken that was cut up was a sharp bone that was cut up and it was like a sharp piece that was left And then I just took it out. Didn’t think much of it. I should have stopped eating my burrito at that time, but I didn’t think of that it would repeat itself so I continue eating my burrito.. I was literally starving. I bit into a big piece of rice. There was like rice a chunk of rice in the burrito I bit into it and when I swallowed, I felt Something sharp and hard lodge into the side of my right throat inside and when I try to swallow it would hurt really bad and I couldn’t swallow, it wouldn’t go down anything that I tried. I literally googled all the ways that you can get food that’s lodged in your throw out like bones or anything, and I tried all of it and nothing would help I was getting more and more and worse pain so I ended up going to the ER and I was stuck at the ER for eight hours. Where I had to get a CT scan done and they saw that I had Epiglottitis or tonsillitis.. which he explained, he saw inflamed tissue there he saw where something could have damaged it, but he said that one of two things could have happened when I swallowed it nicked it really hard with one of the bones and then I swallowed it down into my stomach and it left hard damage number two he suspecting that it migrated to my tissue down, which he said my body could resolve it on his own, but just to watch out and just monitor my body and any more symptoms, but that was very traumatizing super upset and still in pain he said it should resolve within a few days, and if it doesn’t to seek further help made me never want to eat...

Shut it down. Food for 2 people last night to go. Interior was filthy. Trash on the floors. Trash cans not emptied and had stacks of trays not picked up both at the trash cans and on tables When I picked up the order and got home found the chips were completely stale (probably days old). The salsa tasted off and weren't the typical color of red you get from other locations. More like a light brown. Both burritos were smashed flat. Like something heavy had been sitting on top of them. Both burritos (one steak, one chicken) made us both sick the entire night. No less than about 10 bathroom trips a piece. Almost threw up. Wife is now at the clinic. The food isn't fresh. Proper hygiene and food safety likely isn't being practiced. Go to DosBros, Salsarita's or Moe's if you want a burrito or a bowl and value your own health.

Update (11/22/2023): Corporate contacted me after I submitted my complaint using their site. They've refunded me after calling me directly. While I'm happy that Chipotle corporate cares to refund my purchase and says that they'll be investigating the claims, I'd be much happier to know that a location with fairly consistent negative reviews within the past several months and has been largely negatively reviewed with a 3.4/5 overall google review out of 791 reviews actually takes the criticism to heart and puts procedures in place for an overhauled internal review to get staff out that can't be held accountable for cleanliness, service, and food prep. My wife loves eating at Chipotle and as much as I'd love to indulge her I can't justify either of us getting sick again. I'll be back once I see the place is clean and new staff is working the counters and shows care and attention to how they clean the restaurant and that they put out food that is...
