My fiancé and I went here to find my new engagement ring and we had the best experience with brad! We talked for a bit first and it really felt like he got to know us and our interests and he was asking about our wedding as well and any specific styles we may be looking for. He made it so simple by the time he went to show us the ring because he had found the PERFECT one already. The first ring he ever showed me really clicked with me immediately and I knew it was the one. He worked with us to try and find us a great discount as well seeing as the ring was just out of our price range and he knew how important it was so me already. He did such an amazing job to find my ring within the first try especially because I’d already been to two other stores and tried on countless rings beforehand. He really just made the whole experience so pleasing and easy and I’m a hard one to please when it comes to rings. He went above and beyond for us and we even still stop by and see him after the purchase and he’s so sweet and asks us about our lives and catches up. My children & fiancé took me to Hamilton Place Zales to look at a ring I saw advertised for Mother’s Day. We were not greeted in a friendly way but barked at to make sure my children (14 & 15 yr olds) kept their masks on. I ignored the rude greeting because we all had masks on & inquired about the ring. The lady was very short & stated, “we’re out of those” & went on to the next customer, never asking if I’d be interested in anything else. My daughter said, Mom let’s go upstairs instead. The lady turned from the person she was helping & told my daughter where Kay Jewelers was located! WOW! The ring I was inquiring about was only a few hundred dollars & my fiancé was dressed down from working around the house that day. So, maybe she thought we weren’t worth her time. Ultimately, we went upstairs to Kay’s, as she suggested. The Salesperson treated us like customers & involved my children in the purchase of my Mother’s Day ring. I came in today the 9th of February and was not greeted when I walked in I was pretty much ignored knowing what I had in mind to purchase I walked over there and started looking at the watches. Then I women came up to me and said "oh hey we have these for 25% off sale right now so if you want to see anything just let me know" I sat there for a few minutes mulling over my options and then asked if I could see something the two women huffed and one stopped what she was doing and very rudely asked what I wanted to look at. After deciding she very half heartedly rung me up. I feel as if they didn't take me seriously as I am younger but I work in a commission based sales team who is taught to never discriminate upon appearance of a person and to not only help them and give them suggestions for what they are looking for but to also try to up sell them.
