Wendy's — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Poor communication at best,We ordered a number one double,traded the fries for chilli,a grilled chicke sandwich a large chilli and 2 large frostys,when we got home the double was raw,and the chilli was not chilli,looked like bean soup,very uneatable,, I called location back to complain about the burger first,then the chilli,lady that answered said she asked what was wrong with the chilli when she arrived at work that day,she agreed that it was horrible but it was still served to the customers,she took my name and number dn and said they would replace the meal today,but when my wife drove over there she was told there was no mention of ,conversation,nor was name written dn.I called back while in the drive through and spoke with Chris,which he said he only heard the conversation about the chilli the night before,and said he would only replace the burger and one chilli,there was 2 bad chillies not one,I decided to write this review rather than get the food replaced,I'm sure it wasn't going to be any better.So off to Taco Belle,they don't...

Went in around 9 p.m. one night and got in line behind one person who was just finishing up her order. As soon as the person at the register gave the change she went to the back and started what I assume were closing duties. The guest had a question but she could not be bothered to come back to the counter for even a moment. When she finally did return to answer the question she just sort of shrugged and walked away. My wife and I stood in front of the register for nearly 10 minutes while 5 or 6 employees (one of which seemed to be a manager) did their closing duties. If you're thinking about stopping by, keep driving. It's not worth being flat out ignored by an entire staff. Also my pregnant wife who now has a nose like a hound said there was definitely some type of mold there. We didn't see any for sure but by the shape and smell of that dining room they may have done us a favor by providing zero...

I usually enjoy food from Wendy’s but this store everytime I’ve gone in this year the food has caused me stomach problems. Like today November 24 2021, I order me my husband and my daughter some food, I like simple stuff so I ordered a nugget meal regular. My husband had no complaints on with is classic chicken sandwich. It was just me, my nuggets and fries tasted like poison. Like when you were a kid that’s left a bad tange in your mouth I tried to ignore it and continue eating. That tastes is still in my mouth and has made sick enough to take medicine and still feel like I need to vomit. I don’t care how much my husband likes y’all’s food I’ll probably never eat at the Wendy’s again. And I live in the area.
