Well Taco Bell has grown exponentially since it's inception. I'd compare them with McDonald's any day of the week. Fast food, drive in drive away, taco's, refried bean little tater tots, nachos...so how many burger's McDonald's has sold or how many tacos Taco Bell sold isn't relevant here. Prices, sales, gimmicks, or even giveaways don't really affect a customer's decision whether to eat at one place or another. Cleanliness, good services, the staff's actions and attitudes and of course the menu, variety and the taste does. My business can bring me to literally dozens of restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. Here in Centralia and Chehalis you might be surprised to know there's probably a thousand food service outlets here. I know I was surprised. Everyone has there favorites, or favorite stomping grounds to grab something to eat. I won't try and list all there reasons for choosing there favorite eating spots. Nostalgia? Like remembering how awesome your mom's taco nights were. Taco Bell certainly wasn't the first taco joint but if it's not the biggest it's close. Strategic locations didn't used to be as they are today. Yesterday and last night my business took me to three of the four surrounding Taco Bell's. Centralia outlet mall's, Chehalis, and Rochester Taco Bell's. In the last two years, Ive rarely encountered any problems that would affect me from coming back or for Taco Bell's benefit losing a return customer. My experience with Taco Bell Rochester last night didn't earn many points in my opinion. I'm not aware of why or who if any employee was the cause. But being this visit was after midnight, on a fourth of July weekend and not long after the fireworks show finished my professional lol opinion was they weren't prepared to slammed just before closing. The pretty girl who attended to me was very nice, polite, and apologetic for the delay. It was the longest time in a drive thru line that I've ever been in quite honestly. 35 minutes. I couldn't see how many cars were ahead of me but i took a good five minutes until I gave my order. I'm telling my story this way because 😳 all the delay may have partially been my fault. I'm in the customer service business myself. Maybe the rush, maybe something else. My experience was pleasant between myself and the Taco Bell employees I spoke with. Maybe..just maybe it might have been a different report here if I just had a few tacos and a coke. Um, see until I receive my order I have an idea of what I'm picking but usually something I don't document until I'm home. Ok! It was me! My order was called in. Right in the middle of a mad rush for tacos and with less than an hour before closing. I was realizing as I drove away with my approximately 60 soft and hard shell tacos, a number of burritos, lots of frenchies and several beverages " Did I do that? 🤣 Taco Bell Rochester did a fantastic job. The food was hot and delicious, about about a half mile from I-5 and off highway 12 west towards the beach i don't give them 5 stars. They earned it. Chehalis and Centralia Taco Bell's were pretty busy too but I was certainly satisfied with the service from our local and conveniently located Taco...
Read moreWe are great fans of Taco Bell but even more impressive than the great food and reasonable price is the outstanding service provided by one employee named Debbie at the Chehalis location, who always makes us glad we came. She has a way of welcoming us warmly, takes our orders easily and quickly, and never falters in making us feel like she owns the place and that we are her most valued customers. She makes herself busy all the time, organizing, sweeping (when not busy at the register,) and finally checking on our satisfaction while we are enjoying our food. She does this all with a smile and a bit of self-deprecating humor guaranteed to make the customer smile. We don't give recognition lightly, but this lady absolutely makes this Taco Bell stand above all the rest in our area. Thanks Debbie, for being such a happy person to your customers and a positive example for your peers! Dan and...
Read moreIf you order extra beef they just straight up forget to add it every single time. Its the only taco bell around so you are stuck with it if you are used to eating it. Half the time ordering you are just saying no to adding sour cream on literally everything. Its taco bell so the standards are not set very high in the first place which should make getting a 5 star review a whole lot easier. Its pretty frustrating if you live 15-20 mins away, get home and have a sub par meal that you paid extra to make it better with a little more meat, only to have none extra there. You shouldnt have to double check your food and unwrap everything there before driving away and then argue with someone about some extra beef on a freaking taco that is already extremely overpriced. Seems a...
