Iāve never ever had a such interesting experience. Placed an order at around 3:45am. Headed and arrived at 4:03am. Drive thru guy, or maybe itās the manager said āIn 7 minutes weāre gonna have nothingā, with nothing explained(NOTHING). Okay then, Iāll wait. After 15 minutes we knocked at the window to see how long it still needs. This manager really said ā I have nothingā and ā I can do anythingā and tried to close the window, which almost hit me, twice. So I decided to call the service number on the window, guess what? Thatās a sexual hot line. Wow. Said heās gonna call the cops, Iām glad he really did, or thatās gonna be such a waste of time. When the officers arrived heās even more confused, since itās the manager called, not us. With two officers presented, he finally asked what was my order. Itās just a 6 pieces nuggets and a large coke. Till the very end the manager brought out nuggets, and a fries, still think Iām trying to take advantage, just because he heard me wrong. How can a person like this hired by McDonald as a manager? As it turns out, the whole thing was just because the system is being resetting. Then why donāt you explain? āIn 7 minutes our system will open againā. Is this your explain? If you guys interested in the number, call it. I post a picture. Maybe they will change it or fix it. On a previous visit months ago, this same manager refunded and legally had to throw away close to $20 in food for refunding an order instead of fixing the price for an app $3 off promo that the cashier mistakenly said had been applied.
